MOTION TO RECUSE JUSTICE SOTOMAYOR AND JUSTICE KAGAN

Comes now the Petitioner and submits this MOTION TO RECUSE JUSTICE
SOTOMAYOR AND JUSTICE KAGAN from the proceedings entitled above with the
Facts so Stated:
1- Justice Sotomayor has engaged in a #WarOnThePoor upon the Petitioner.
According to the Lower Federal District Court (Utah Division) and the 10 th
Circuit Court findings that GRANTED Petitioners forma pauperis Motion in the
same calendar year.
2- The STANDARD Form is a CALENDAR Yearly Form constituting a period of
time. Petitioners subjection and victimization by Justice Sotomayors
arbitrary decision, just because Justice Sotomayor is in charge of the 10 th
Circuit and in consideration she was also nominated by the Respondent in the
Case prohibiting Petitioners Certiorari is cause, motive, and action
constituting bad behavior.
3- For this Cause, and with the Witness of the Lower Courts, Petitioner herein
request the FULL REVIEW of the Court in the matter.

4- Petitioner believes he is entitled to his APPLICATION FOR STAY ON THE

EXTENSION OF TIME PENDING A FULL REVIEW OF RECUSAL OF JUSTICE
SOTOMAYOR AND JUSTICE KAGAN. Submitted July 25,2015 based on their
being nominated by the Respondent in this Case and unheard by this Court in
a timely manner before the Clerks filed an entry docketed as Case
Considered Closed.
