Collision Avoidance on a Curved Road using VANET:

This research project is the part of my dissertation work of M.Tech degree in Computer Science
and Engineering. This thesis work explains about how to Avoid Collision between two vehicles
when one of them is changes their trajectory on the Curved section of road. To achieve this goal,
we implement the WAVE protocol on the two simulator: Traffic Simulator (SUMO) and Network
Simulator (OmNet++).
An open framework VEINS help in establishing the connection between these two simulators.

College of Engineering Roorkee, Roorkee (B.Tech. Project, July 2011-June 2012)

Intranet Mail Server:

The project was competed as a part of my work undertaken during B.Tech, Final Year. The Idea
was inspired by Social Networking Sites. The project was developed to provide interaction between
faculty members and students of the college through mailing technology. Separate students and
faculty corners were provided where the faculty members and students could create their own
accounts. They could log in to them, compose mails, post comments and could have a conversation
among themselves. A searching facility was also there through which any member could search for
any other member. This project works only in a specified area or region which explains how
different users can communicate with each other in a given compound. This project is based on
core java and apache server.
