individual for the following position in HR Division:
HR Business Partner
Employment Type : Full Time
Deliver excellent HR service across the full range of BBL Business or Support functions
Partnering in growth planning, focusing on the competence and resource gap identification, analysis, action planning and follow-up
Consulting with business heads, colleagues and stakeholders to identify and analyze learning needs, and develop the Strategic and Unit
learning plans for allocated Business Unit/Support Functions organization
Develop strong relationships with the specialist teams to ensure the efficient delivery of end to end HR processes
Work with Managers across business lines to ensure the effective & seamless delivery of end-to-end HR processes
Provide guidance and advisory to Managers:
i. For goal-setting and the performance review process
ii. Coach managers in providing high quality feedback and linking compensation to performance management address under performance
iii. Develop employee to grow into new role
Work with managers to address employee issues and assist with performance management
Partner with Recruiting, Compensation and Managers to ensure proposed Compensation offers to candidates are compliant with regulatory,
BBL and business unit requirements; participate in the approvals process
Partner with the reward team through the year end process and on reward issues and to ensure that reward policies and initiatives are
communicated throughout the business
Understand and proactively manage risk and compliance across all areas of work
Actively contribute to HR projects as required
