This survey is being conducted by Siritip Trisuthi (Manow) studying a Bachelor of Applied
Management in Sales and Marketing, from Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology
(CPIT), on behalf of Kum Pun Thai restaurant (73 Victoria St., Christchurch central.) as part of
promoting the restaurant reopening after the earthquake. Should you have any queries
