ON BEHALF OF PT.

Considering : based on the evaluation result of the Mining Business License (IUP)
Exploration Activity PT.
has qualified to be given
approval of Mining Business License Production Operation.
Viewing of: 1. 1997 Act Number 23 regarding Environmental Management (State
Paperwork or Lembaran Negara (LN) Year 1997 Number 68,
Supplement of State Paperwork or Tambahan Lembaran Negara
(TLN) 3699);

13. Decree of the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia No.
SK. 488/Menhut/II/2011 regarding Borrowing Lisence of Forest Areas
Utilization for Gold Exploration Activities covering + 6.039 (six
thousand thirty-nine) hectares on behalf of PT.
on fixed
and conservatable production forest in regent of Gunung Mas Central
Borneo Province.
14. Gunung Mas Regency Decree No. 89/DPE/III/V/2011 dated May 30,
2011 regarding the approval of Mineral Exploration Mining Business
License Approval

With a map and a coordinate list of WIUP (Wilayah Izin usaha
Pertambangan or Mining Business License Area) published by
Regent of Gunung Mas as listed in Annex I and Annex II of this
Decree.

THIRD

: Validity Period of IUP Production Operation for 10 (ten) years


including construction period of 2 (two) years Starting from
February, 28 2012 until February 27, 2022.

FOURTH

: Production Operation IUP holder has the right to conduct


construction, production, processing and refining activities in WIUP
and conduct transportation and sales for a period of 10 (ten) years
and may continued two (2) times each ten (10) years.

FIFTH

: IUP holder is still obliged to fulfill the obligations that have not
been met as prior IUP holder.

SIXTH

: Production Operation IUP holders are not allowed to cooperate


and or transfer the ownership to another party without
Approval/Written permission from the regent of Gunung Mas.

SEVENTH

: Production Operation IUP holders is prohibited to conduct field


activities in forest areas before obtaining the Borrowing Lisence of
Forest Areas Utilization from the Ministry of Forestry Republic of
Indonesia.

EIGHTH

; as Production Operation IUP holders


in carrying out its activities have rights and obligations as listed in
Annex III in this Decree.

NINTH

: No later than 60 (sixty) working days after the issuance of this


decree Production Operation IUP holders already have to submit

TENTH

RKAB (Rencana Kerja Anggaran Biaya or Expenses Budget Work


Plan) to the Regent of Gunung Mas for approval.
: As from 90 (ninety) working days of RKAB approval referred to the
eighth dictum Production Operation IUP holders should have
started its activity in the field.

ELEVENTH

TWELFTH

: Without reduce the assignments of legislation law so the IUP


Production Operation can stopped temporarily, revoked, or
cancelled if IUP Production Operation do not meet the obligations
and prohibitions referred to the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth,
seventh, eighth, and ninth dictum in this decree.
: With the enactment of this Decree, the regent of Gunung Mas
decree numbers: 89/DPE/III/V/2011 dated May 30, 2011 regarding
the Mining Business License Approval of Metal Mineral Exploration
on Behalf of
Kalteng is no longer valid.
: The Regent decree start valid on the date specified by the
provisions if it later turns out there is a mistake in provision
changes will be made as appropriate.
