JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF COMMITMENT

WE, ELVIS PALADA and JOEL PALADA, of legal ages, both single and
residents of New Passi, Tacurong City, Sultan Sultan, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, deposes and says;
That we are the children of the late JUANITO PALADA who, during his
lifetime, was designated. As ADMINISTRATOR of a parcel of land identified as
Lot No.438, Pls-712, containing an area of FOURTEEN THOUSAND ONE
HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR (14,154) Square meters, situated at New Passi,
Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat, covered by Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg.
P-17747, issued and registered in the name of BABAE GIAMALON, married to
IBRAHIM ONGKUWA;
That during the lifetime of our father and while acting as administrator of
the above-described parcel of land, we were then the one tilling, cultivating and
producing crops on the above-described parcel of land under his supervision
and direct control, and still working thereon up to the present;
That we are aware of the fact that upon the death of our father his
designation as administrator of the above-described parcel of land was revoked
and/or terminated but we still continue working on the land;
That lately, the representative of the registered owner of the land came
and offered to sell the same to us but we cannot afford to buy said land, our
both parents having already been dead;
That by virtue of the foregoing circumstances, and in recognition of the
lawful and true ownership in fee simple of the above-describe parcel of land by
Babae Giamalon, we COMMITTED, as we hereby COMMIT, and OBLIGATED, as
we hereby OBLIGED, ourselves to vacate and surrender our possession of the
land to the registered owner, Babae Giamalon and/or her representative upon
demand if they want to take possession and/or to any buyer or mortgagee of
the above-described parcel of land.
That we are executing this joint commitment to manifest and show our
good and honest intention in all good faith and fidelity in the interest of justice
and equity.

AFFIDAVIT
THAT I, HADJI ALI TUANADATU, of legal age, married and
presently residing at Purok Masagana, Kalawag II, Isulan, Sultan
Kudarat, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose
and say:
That I was formerly residing at Damakling, Paglat, Maguindanao,
but transferred to my present resident in 1991;
That I know personally the spouses JUN S. SALDECAYA, deceased,
and BAIDIDO D. SALDECAYA, husband and wife, respectively, being a
close family friends and immediate neighbor during my stay at
Damakling, Paglat, Maguindanao, whom I learned later that they
transferred to Lagunde, Pikit, Cotabato;
That I was notified on January 5, 1999 that JUN S. SALDECAYA
died at Lagunde, Pikit, Cotabato and as a close family friend I went to
Lagunde immediately to condole with the bereaved family and personally
saw the dead body of my friend Jun S. Saldecaya on January 5, 1999
which was also buried at Lagunde, Pikit, Cotabato;
That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the
foregoing declaration confirming the death of JUN S. SALDECAYA on
January 5, 1999 at Lagunde, Pikit, Cotabato for whatever legal intents
and purposes that might serve the bereaved family under the premises.

I, REX ARCHANGEL S. LAMPREA, of legal age, married and a

resident of Blk. 8, Leonora Homes, Sampao, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law depose and say:
That I am the same Rex Archangel S. Lamprea, a medical doctor by
profession and the duly appointed Provincial Health Officer of the
Province of Sultan Kudarat;
That I was married to Grace Magana Lamprea, a nurse by
profession and now an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) in Kuwait, our
marriage having been solemnized before the Municipal Circuit Trial
Court Judge of Tampakan, South Cotabato on February 7, 1992,
however, due to serious incompatibility, we have been living separately
since 1999, in fact a case of legal separation between us has already
been filed and now pending consideration before the Regional Trial Court
of Maguindanao at Cotabato City;
That I am executing this affidavit to establish the fact that the
undersigned affiant and his wife Grace Magana Lamprea have been
separated from bed and board since 1999 up to the present or for about
ten (10) years already for whatever legal intents and purposes it may
serve under the premises.

AFFIDAVIT

I, DAYAN MAROHOM, of legal age, single and a resident of

MONTIVILLE, Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law depose and say:
That I am a public school teacher and presently residing at
Montiville, Tacurong City, occupying for about (9) months already, a
house at Block 12, Lot 5, financed by PAG-IBIG and originally applied for
by, and awarded to, a certain AISA PENDILILANG, and who left and
abandoned said house, and now allegedly foreclosed by the said PAGIBIG;
That the said house having been foreclosed by the PAG-IBIG is open
to any interested applicant and I am manifesting my desire to apply to
own subject to the terms and condition under existing rules and
regulation of the PAG-IBIG;
That in the meantime, there being an existing water meter installed
in said house, I am requesting the Tacurong Water District to reconnect

the disconnected water facilities and bind myself to answer all water
consumption relative thereto;
That I am executing this affidavit to inform all concern that I am
presently occupying a house at Block 12, Lot 5, Montiville, Tacurong City
in support of my request for reconnecting the water facilities thereat
under my obligation.
