We are living in an age of industrialization. Things are changing at a faster pace.
Thus in this mobile age, we need an education system which can imbibe social
values and also help us become a part of this dynamic world. Education does not
simply refers to academic knowledge. It has a broader meaning. By education we

asset to the nation. It was founded by Mr. Kamal Mehta, a bank and finance person,
in the year 1998. With this university, the nation did experienced a great change in
the education pattern. With the emergence of it professional and technical training
got place in the prevailing education pattern. The founder of the University had a
firm belief that to achieve great things in life professional education is quite
necessary.
The University gave ample opportunity to rise and grow and develop their
individuality. It has world-class infrastructure. It has a huge faculty of near about
132 members. Other facilities of the university is such as- WI-FI Campus, Well
equipped Labs and Clinics, Library with around 50,000 journals and books, Lecturer
theatre with advanced teaching aid as OHP, Multimedia Projector, LCD etc., Huge
open ground for indoor and outdoor games, Modern Hostel with separate
accommodation for boys and girls, Hospital with more than 100 beds with advanced
diagnostic techniques, Transportation etc.
Jodhpur National University got affiliation from UGC, DEC, NCTE, PCI, BCI, DCI
and AICTE. The University has a wide curriculum including subjects of world-fame.
There is good number of certification and diploma courses available in the
curriculum. Courses are basically related to Management and Technology,
Pharmacy, Dental Law, Computer Application, Applied Science, Law, Education and
Arts.
There are Distance Education program too which includes courses as BBA, B.Com,
MBA and BCA. Education at its best is delivered here. The faculty is eager to create
foundation for great professionals and intellectuals. Corporate training is blended
with integrated education. The students do develop a sense of logic, reasoning,

problem-solving skills and creative thinking. The University promotes utility

education. It gives ample opportunity to its student through its campus selection
facility. Seminars and Excursions are held up on regular basis to make learning more
