ii) Preparation of conceptual mine plan and presentation of the same t
o Tata Steel.
The conceptual mine plan shall include assessment of mineable coal res
erve, volume of
overburden and preparation of final stage quarry plan, location of inf
rastructure etc.
iv) Preparation of all stage plans, present & proposed land use plan a
nd post mining land
use plan along with mining cross section for each stage plan.
v) Preparation of draft mine plan and mine closure plan as per latest
guidelines of MoC including all relevant plans and chapters.
vi) Presentation of draft mine plan and mine closure plan to Tata Stee
l Ltd.
vii)Submission of final mine plan and mine closure plan to Tata Steel
Ltd for onward
transmission to MoC.
viii) Presentation of report to MoC at New Delhi.
ix) Getting approval from Ministry of Coal of 9MTPA raw coal Mine pla

property (including the property of the Employer/Subcontractor) arising directly or indirectly out of the
negligent acts, errors or omissions of the Contractor
in performance of
his obligation under this Contract.
c. Any claim by third party including sub-contractors
for failure to make payment for labor, services,
equipment and materials arising out of this project.
