Services Division in the Headquarters:

Construction Manager/Project Manager (Code: 159) or Resident Engineer


(Civil/Architect) (Code: 184)
Education and Professional Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Disciplines and member of professional
body/bodies in Egypt and/or elsewhere.
Experience:
15+ years & 20+ years of experience in construction management.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience in FIDIC Contracts is preferable

Site Engineers (Structural/Architectural/Electrical/Mechanical) (Code:


162)
Education and Professional Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Disciplines and member of professional
body/bodies in Egypt and/or elsewhere.
Experience:
5+ years, 10+ years & 15+ years of experience in quality assurance implementation.
Experience in reviewing project technical submittals is a plus.

For the Site Structural Engineer position:


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience in concrete piles, tunnels, bridges, high-rise buildings, or steel structures is
preferred.

For the Site Mechanical Engineer position:


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience in tunnels, infrastructure utilities networks, or HVAC works is preferred.

For the Site Electrical Engineer position:


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience in tunnels, power stations, transmission lines, or infrastructure utilities

networks are preferred. Light current experience is a plus. TBM expertise would be an
addition to the tunnels experience.

TBM expertise:
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
is recommended for Tunnels experience.

Contract Administrator (Code: 461):


Education and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline and member of professional
body/bodies in Egypt and/or elsewhere.

Experience:
A minimum of ten (10) years progressive experience in all phases of major engineering,
design and construction contracts with, at least, seven years of construction experience
in contract preparation and administration.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
10+ years & 15+ years of experience in contract administration and claims assessments.
Experience in FIDIC Contracts is preferred.

Site Civil Roads Engineer (Code: 571):


Education and Professional Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline and member of professional
body/bodies in Egypt and/or elsewhere.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years progressive experience in all phases of major engineering, design
and construction contracts with, at least, 3 years experience in field construction
activities.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
7+ years, 10+ years & 15+ years of experience in site construction supervision and
quality assurance for projects of roads and highways or bridges. Experience in the
review of project technical submittals is a plus.

Site Civil Infrastructure Engineer (Code: 565):


Education and Professional Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline and member of professional
body/bodies in Egypt and/or elsewhere.

Experience:
A minimum of 5 years progressive experience in all phases of major engineering, design and
construction contracts with, at least, 3 years experience in field construction activities.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


7+ years, 10+ years & 15+ years of experience in site construction supervision and
quality assurance for infrastructure utilities networks. Experience in the review of
project technical submittals is a plus.

Site Light Current Engineer (Code: 566):


Education and Professional Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline and member of professional
body/bodies in Egypt and/or elsewhere.

Experience:
A minimum of 5 years progressive experience in all phases of major engineering, design
and construction contracts with, at least, 3 years experience in field construction
activities.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
5+ years, 7+ years & 10+ years of experience in signaling and telecommunications. Experience in
the review of project technical submittals is a plus.

Site Control & Instrumentation Engineer (Code: 266):


Education and Professional Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline and member of professional
body/bodies in Egypt and/or elsewhere.
Experience:
A minimum of 10 years progressive experience in the following areas:
Analog Components and systems: Primary and secondary elements, control panels,
control diagrams, and installation details

Digital Systems: Programmable controllers, distributed systems, real time computers


and peripherals, telemetry, software and configuring
Systems Engineering: Working with other team members to produce integrated process
mechanical, electrical and I&C system designs, and preparation of P&IDs
Computer Aided Engineering: CAD, Computer Vision/Prime, etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


5+ years, 7+ years & 10+ years of experience in instrumentation or centralized control in tunnels
or industrial projects.

Site Quantity Surveyor (Code: 443):


Education and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline and member of professional
body/bodies in Egypt and/or elsewhere.

Experience:
A minimum of seven (7) years progressive experience in all phases of major engineering design
and construction contracts with, at least, 3 years experience in quantity surveying activities.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


7+ years & 10+ years of experience in all quantity surveying and cost control issues.

Planning & Cost Control Engineer (Code: 276):


Education and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline and member of professional
body/bodies in Egypt and/or elsewhere.

Experience:
A minimum of seven (7) years progressive experience in all phases of major engineering, design
and construction contracts with, at least, five years of construction experience in cost control
activities.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


5+ years & 10+ years of experience, at least 2 years out of which in planning and/or cost
control, as well as follow-up of construction projects. A Primavera P6 project
management certification is preferred.

Risk Engineer (Code: 563):


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
7+ years, 10+ years & 15+ years of experience in the implementation of Risk Register
and management of mega projects.

LEED Engineer (Code: 564):


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
7+ years & 10+ years of experience dealing with LEED requirements in construction
projects.

Safety Officer (Code: 264) & Safety Engineer (Code: 470):


Education and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited college or university in safety Engineering or a
safety related field and member of professional body/bodies in Egypt and/or elsewhere.

Experience:
A minimum of five (5) years full-time appropriate practical work-place experience, two
of which should have been in OHSE activites (Occupational, Health, Safety and
Environmental). He exercises administrative control over all safety areas such as
industrial hygiene, fire protection and prevention, occupational health and safety
operations. Proven capability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in
Arabic and English Languages.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
7+ years & 10+ years of experience in managing safety in construction sites. Certification
in safety management is an advantage.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
B.Sc. in a related discipline, with a minimum grade Good (an M.Sc. is an advantage).
Good command of relevant Egyptian and international codes.
Good computer skills and familiarity with relevant applications.
Proven experience in all project phases, including engineering and construction activities in
large-scale or mega projects, such as 5-star hotels, malls, hospitals, airports, etc.
A PMP certification is an advantage.
A good command of English (spoken and written) is preferable.
