Counseling for Under Graduate Programmes for all Reserved Category (SC, ST, PH &
OBC) candidates is scheduled on 03rd July 2014 at 10.00 am.
Venue: - Candidates are required to visit any of the below mentioned campuses for
counseling as per the given schedule along with the relevant documents.

Fees to be submitted on the day of Counseling -:

If selected for admission a candidate must have to deposit demand draft of Rs 25,000/in favor of Footwear Design & Development Institute, payable at State where
candidate wish to report for counseling.(i.e. Noida* / Chhindwara* / Chennai* /
Kolkata*) on the spot which will be adjusted against actual course fee. The amount
submitted shall not be refunded in case of withdrawal of admission.

Documents to be submitted on the day of Counseling -:

Candidates are advised to carry photocopy of all the below mentioned certificates
duly attested by the Gazetted Officer for submission on the day of counseling.
Candidates should produce all the original certificates during counseling for
verification. If any discrepancy is found during verification, his /her candidature will
be cancelled.
1. Demand Draft of Rs 25,000/- in favor of Footwear Design & Development
Institute, payable at Noida / Chhindawara / Chennai / Kolkata.
2. Certificate of 10th duly attested by Gazetted Officer.
3. Mark Sheet / Certificate of 10+2 (in case of Under Graduate Programme) duly
attested by Gazetted Officer (In case the final result of candidate is awaited,
you may submit certificate from School / Board mentioning that the final result
is awaited and tentative date of declaration of result).
4. Two recent passport size colour photograph.
5. Original copy of Medical Fitness Certificate duly certified by Registered MBBS
Doctor.
6. Character Certificate from the Principal of last attended school or college or
any Gazetted Officer.
7. Caste Certificate/ Disability Certificate duly attested by Gazetted Officer (if
applicable).
8. OBC Candidates are required to submit:*Certificate 1 - Certificate regarding Non Creamy Layer other Backward
classes duly signed by District Magistrate Executive Magistrate /
Additional District Magistrate / Sub Divisional Magistrate / Tehsildar of
the District / Place of which the candidate is resident.
*Certificate 2 - Undertaking by Non Creamy Layer OBC candidates.

*Format of both the certificates applicable for OBC reservation is available on our
website.
Admission will be made strictly on merit basis (Rank-wise) and counseling / admissions
will stop when all the seats get filled-up. Institute will not be responsible for any
inconvenience caused to parents / candidates due to closure of the counseling prior to
dates notified in the Counseling
Admission may be denied due to non submission of the above mentioned Certificates /
Demand Draft.
