recommended a new forecasting mechanism based on factor analysis and future values of the factors for over
6000 stock keeping units.

b.

Performance Management System in Pakistan International Airlines (Jul 2007: Lahore University
of Management Sciences): Studied and analyzed the Performance Management System and Training
functions of the Human Resource department of PIA at Lahore station. Identified critical deficiencies in the
bell curve system used in performance appraisal and made recommendations in the light of these findings.

Electronic Navigator (Jun 1996):Designed and developed software to be used on palm held machine FX750P. The software facilitated cross country navigation. The software reduced by 70% the time required to
calculate bearing and distance. Presented this software to senior management in Army Computer Systems
Directorate.
