AUTHORITY:
Snatcher was committed at Deparo Quezon City by a suspect named March
Aguda on December 12,2014 at 6:00om midnight. The victim named Yannah
Datu, when she was standing in front of the house theres a man named

extenuating circumstances.

CONCLUSIONS:
The final investigation report was conducted by the intelligence officers of NBI
and PNP they merged to confront the witnesses and find the other
instrumentalities that is possible to contain fingerprints.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
I recommend them to be fair while performing investigation to have justice of
every mankind doing their job and doing the right things.
