 Coordinating and organizing career fairs / campaigns for targeted
parties/audiences to promote CLP brand and career opportunities
 Supporting career website revamp exercise to promote CLPs employer

management/ language / IT skills training, leadership seminars
 Conducting research and analysis to support talent acquisition and
development strategies

Deliverables:

Project Owner / Mentor will provide guidance and work together with
the interns to deliver the followings:
Roll out company-wide development and cultural change initiatives
Attract and engage talents as well as promoting CLP employer brand
through career fairs / campaigns
Support the revamp of career website to ensure the content fits the

Implement corporate L&D initiatives according to planned schedule and

 We develop, drive, and maintain strategies for managing all aspects of


the employee experience. We are seeking intern to work within Human
Resources Function. This internship experience will allow individuals to
apply the knowledge and skills learned in the classroom to real-world
Human Resource experiences. This internship opportunity is a great
way to gain exposure to core HR functions, such as Legal & Compliance,
Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management.

Objective(s):

Our aim is to offer extensive exposures to the intern on different aspects of


human resources functions. The intern will gain exposures in the following
areas when assisting project owner/mentor to deliver the project :
 Coordinating and involving in the discussion/communication meetings
with different levels of generation staff (i.e. DHs, BHs, SHs, Team
Leader & frontline staff) on the behaviors driven to customer service
and hard technical skills/knowledge/know-how of different levels of
position
 Conducting market research and analysis and initiate innovative ideas
on the ways of recognizing approach

with the aim to develop a motivated recognizing mechanism to nurture

Providing an opportunity for intern in an organizational context:


To develop skills and techniques in practical work situations
To acquire an in-depth understanding of the full spectrum of HR

To engage in areas relevant to their discipline of study including
employment related ordinances, international HR practices
Providing support to review relevant HR policies / practices to ensure
they are legally compliant, equitable and market relevant
Support in administration and implementation for review of policies /
guidelines and subsequent follow-up, e.g. arrangement for Companywide refresher training on Harassment-free Workplace
Provide logistical and administrative support in HR projects and
initiatives, e.g. HKIE Mentoring Program and other Diversity initiatives
Conduct research and market study on employment related ordinances
and governance requirements, plus the related market practice in
sizeable organizations
Participate in development of a HR Analytic Tool

Project Mentor will provide guidance and support for the intern to deliver
the following:
 Review of HR policies, guideline and systems e.g. Equal Opportunities
and Harassment-free Policies review and refresher training workshops
 Implementation of related HR projects and initiatives e.g. Mentoring
Program and other collaborations with external bodies / vendors
