remarkable period of innovation he presided over the company, trying to nd answers to factors that lead Apple
to the feet it achieved during Steves period, the only pointer is culture
The Culture of Apple and Steves is purely centered on the customers. This makes apple a company that is leading
innovation a and creativity in its products. An article I read about apples culturefrom the Forbes shows how Apple
invention have been stolen by other companies,but what kept the company despite this major problem that could
break them istheir customer focus Culture.

Values of Apple and Samsung. Base of the few videos of both Apple and Samsung adverts and company's product
Lunch, couple with independent videos done on the bothe company... I believe the Values of Samsung is center
around Innovation, Costumers base, especially the international market. Samsung because of these values it
those not care even if it get the market share base on false publicity......base on a report on the internet Samsung
became more famous by the number of controversy it enter rather than its pure marketing drive.

While Apple values are centered around its creativity and customer focus originated venture that is constantly
thinking of bringing better product that will be Unique and keep its customers on a different Level. Apple
because of this Values it has a of mechanism it uses 1. Its Secret Prole.......Apple secret prole is its top Value, it
has gone to the court on issues of suspected secrete leak than any other issues i the company's history. A
dedicated unit and even having its own police to prosecute and maintain its top security.
