APPLICATION PROCESSING FEE SUBMISSION METHODS

There are three methods for Application Processing Fee Submission:

1- Online Fee submission in National Bank of Pakistan (For those who have access to
Online National Bank of Pakistan Branch).
2- Online Fee submission in Askari Bank (For those who have access to Online Askari
Bank Branch).
3- Manual Application Processing Fee Submission Method (For those who do not have
access to Online National Bank or Akari Bank Branches).

ONLINE FEE SUBMISSION METHOD IN NATIONAL BANK OF PAKISTAN:

1. Visit any online branch of National Bank of Pakistan (NBP).
2. Get the Inter Branch Transaction Pay in (IBTP) slip from an online branch of NBP
(Image of IBTP slip is given on our website).
3. Fill the Branch Code and Branch Name of that bank by asking the bank official.
4. Put the date on which you are visiting the bank.
5. Tick the Cash Deposit if you are giving cash to the bank for application processing
fee and tick the Fund Transfer if you have bank account in that branch and you are
paying the application processing fee from that account (in this case you have to give
your Account Number A/C No. beneath your CNIC No. in pay in slip, otherwise you
dont need to disclose your Account No.).
6. Leave Ref/IBT number blank. It is for Office use only.
7. In the Credit to portion, fill in the information as given in the sample that is

8. Leave Banks Stamp and Authorized Signature for office use. Write CNIC number of
the person who is sending the fee. Provide Account Number A/C No. only if the Fund
Transfer method is used.
9. Hand over this filled Pay in Slip to a bank official. Follow the instructions of the bank
official. The bank will give you the Inter Branch Transaction Pay in Slip with a Ref / IBT
number filled by them.

10. Attach this slip with the original filled Application Form and send it to KINPOE along with
two self addressed envelopes. Before attaching to the application form write down your
name, your fathers name & your CNIC at the back of the IBTP slip which you are
sending to KINPOE. Keep a copy of the IBTP slip, Application Form and Admit Card
before sending it to KINPOE.

ONLINE FEE SUBMISSION METHOD IN ASKARI BANK:

1. Download and print Online Deposit Slip of Askari Bank from our website.
2. Fill your CNIC/Form B No., Applicants Name, Fathers Name, Mobile Phone Number
and your Address on three portions of Online Deposit Slip.
3. Visit any Askari Bank Branch. Fill the Branch Code and Branch Name of that bank by
asking the bank official.
4. Put the date on which you are visiting the bank.
5. Leave IBT No. blank. It is for Bank use only.
6. Sign the Applicant signature in all three portions of Online Deposit Slip.
8. Hand over this filled Online Deposit Slip to a bank official. Follow the instructions of the
bank official. The bank will give you the Student Copy and KINPOE Copy portions of
Online Deposit Slip with an IBT number filled by them.
9. Attach the KINPOE Copy portion of the Online Deposit Slip with the filled original
Application Form/Admit Card and send it to KINPOE along with two self addressed
envelopes.. Keep a copy of the Application and Admit Card along with Student Copy of
the Deposit slip for your record before sending it to KINPOE.

MANUAL METHOD FOR PAYING APPLICATION PROCESSING FEE

1- Visit any branch of National Bank of Pakistan. Ask for a Pay Order (PO) or Demand
Draft (DD) of Rs. 1500/- in favor of KINPOE, KANUPP, Karachi.
2- Follow the instructions of bank official and get a PO or DD from the Bank.
3- Write down your name, your fathers name & your CNIC at the back of the PO/DD.
Attach this PO/DD with your filled Application Form and send to us along with your two
passport size photographs and two self addressed envelopes with Rs. 20/- stamps
affixed on each envelope. Keep a copy of the filled Application Form, Admit Card and
PO/DD for your record before sending it to KINPOE.
