Organisation "Independent research agencies and anti-corruption" is a non-profit

The project Assistance to Regional Policy Development at National Level (abbreviated


RegPol Project) is part of the IPA 2007 Program, Component I of the Regional SocioEconomic Development Program 2 (RSEDP2), and it is funded by the EU.
Four main project components are being implemented:
1) Policy formulation (support in establishing the National Plan for Regional
Development and related documents, like 5 NUTS 2 development strategies
and corresponding Programs for Financing the Development of Regions);
2) Development management (support in setting up all relevant structures and
systems for effective management and implementation of development funds);
3) Coordination and Integration (support the Ministry regarding the coordination
with other line ministries, and other stakeholders at national and regional level);
4) Horizontal activities (support the Ministry in organizing conferences and other
events; organizing workshops and promotion activities; organizing study tours
and briefing trips for staff of the Ministry and other relevant stakeholders).
I participated in identifying key regional stakeholders and organized workshops and
meetings with identified stakeholders;. conducted an in-depth analysis of the City of
Belgrades Development Strategy (, including sectorial strategies).,

The project was aim to determining the condition and needs of asylum seekers in the
Asylum Centre "Bogovaa" through direct contacts - a survey (in-depth interview
methods), recording video and sound material from surveyed parties, external
conditions and environments that aim to improve awareness in the areas of significance
for the beneficiary population and testing of possible corruption-related developments
for the functioning of the observed institutions.

The project "Strengthening the Integration of Roma in Serbia and Bosnia and
Herzegovina 2013" funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Norway

Balkan local authorities and numerous Italian and South-eastern European civil society
actors.
Led by the Tuscany region, co-financed by the Italian Foreign Office and the 7 Italian
Regional partners (Tuscany, Emilia Romagna, Friuli VeneziaVenetia Giulia, Marche,
Piedmont, Veneto and the Autonomous Province of Trento), it involves 47 local
authorities from 7 South-eastern European countries (Albania, Bosnia Herzegovina,
Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia), besides Oxfam Italia, Anci,
Ervet, Informest, Alda, CeSPI and Osservatorio Balcani e Caucaso, linking over 60
partners in a network.
The three-year ProgrammeProgram is aimed at strengthening the local development
and governance capacities of the countries of the Western Balkans and supporting their
process of integration into the European Union through the implementation of concrete
actions. SeeNet II is based on 13 initiatives linked to the development of cultural
heritage sites and tourist attractions; supporting small medium enterprises; enhancing
rural development; strengthening social policies and territorial planning; institutional;
institutional building and the creation of a network among local authorities; policyoriented research and spreading information on the local contexts.
Within the SEENET program I participated in the implementation of the following
actions: raising the competitiveness of existing SMEs;, promotion of the export potential
of SMEs and businesses in the form of business associations / clusters;: eEstablishing
Center for clustering and competitiveness;, cCreation of 35 company profiles;,
pPerforming market analysis of fruit juices in the City of Belgrade;, dDesigning and
delivery of trainings for cluster members (Project cycle management, business
communication, clustering and advantages of association and others),; tTrainings for
employees in CKK (- Integrated systems of quality management);, dDevelopment of
operational plans for clusters.

Project "Kaerski honey". Project is implemented by the Chamber of Commerce of
Belgrade with EU funding, under the call "Strengthening civil society dialogue between
Serbia and the EU", managed by the EU Delegation in Serbia and implemented by
GOPA Consultants. Partners on the project were - Confederation of the food and
beverage industry of the EU, the Association Growers of Carnica Serbia, the Association
of Beekeepers "The Future," and in cooperation with the Municipality of Lazarevac.
The project was created with the aim to establish a limited region of Serbian honey
production technology, in order to allow the registration of products with a geographical
protection. The project prepared the study on the area of the former KAERSKA
NAHIJA shoodshod be registered protected geographical area by the Institute for the
Protection of intellectually property. This will anabledenabled for all beekeepers with
protected area, to get a chance to brand as "Kaerski honey". As a team member I
participated in the implementation of the following activities: Mapping the needs of
interested beekeepers and GPS mapping of the geographic location of the apiaries;

The project Cluster of flowers "Obrenovac", funded by the Norwegian county of
Buskerud was establish the Cluster "Obrenovaki cvet" in order to contribute the
economic growth and increasmentincrescent of employment in the municipality of
Obrenovac and Belgrade city (region). The general objectives are:
1) The improvement and enhancement of agricultural production in the field of flowers,
nursery plants and herbs, as well as related sectors.
2) The development of innovation through encouraging the establishment of new SMEs/
RPG (registered farms) and increase competitiveness, reduce unemployment,
especially youth and their staying / return to the village; making assumptions that
SMEs/RPG involved in the Cluster innovate accepting modern approach to dealing with
entrepreneurship; enhancing cooperatives - including new members.
Special (specific) objective is to encourage the development of agriculture and
contribute to the affirmation of life in the countryside, especially in young people from
the municipality of Obrenovac.
Establishment of the cluster in the specified field of agriculture that contributes to
increasing the competitiveness for coordination, innovation and cooperation within the
cluster. Target groups were potential and existing SMEs/RPG and entities for providing
technical support, particularly in the field of innovation.
As a team member I participated in the implementation of the following activities : The
selection of members and establishment of clusters with at least 10 members;, providing
technical assistance to members of the cluster;, lLinking SMEs from the specified field
of agriculture and related industries and promoting the project and cluster.

AGRO CLUSTER Obrenovac, established within the project Agro cluster Obrenovac
implementation of which was funded by the City of Belgrade, through the Secretariat for
the Economy, in order to promote and encourage agricultural production on the territory
of Belgrade. The cluster consists of 13 interconnected entities, and these are: registered
farms, companies, entrepreneurs, a cooperative, an association and local government
and they will act together in the field of agro-business, food production and related
activities. Activities within the Cluster should contribute to achieving several objectives:
1) Increase in competitiveness of Cluster members through coordination,
collaboration and innovation by adopting new, modern approach to business,
2) Creation of new SMEs, entrepreneurial shops and registered farms,
3) Contribution to reduction of unemployment in Municipality of Obrenovac, due to

is expecially important - simulating the company life as less possible, and within the

Transition center Kolubara was established as part of the pilot project "Promotion of
employment",aemployment, a program that is being implemented under the Ministry of
Labour and Social Policy, and with the financial support of the World Bank and the

pilot municipalities of Pancevo, Kraljevo, Ni and Lazarevac. The main objective of this
project was to build the capacity of the Ministry and the National Employment Service to
create and implement successful programs for re-employment services and
