COVER LETTER
My business goals and greatest satisfaction is to develop teams willing
take responsibility for high Customer Satisfaction, Productivity and
Quality while achieving the operational and project milestones with
minimal management guidance.

Our teams have consistently met goals on time and within budget through
staff development, communication and monitoring and control. Four of my
direct reports were promoted to Managers and three to Sr. Systems Analyst.

My experience in Information Technology as a Business Analyst, Product

Manager, Program Manager, Information Systems Manager, Operations Manager
and Sr. Project Manager makes me uniquely qualified to lead successful
product/project teams, development teams, programs, multi-geographical
teams and projects as well as strong vendor management via SLAs, SOWs,
MSAs, RFPs and RFIs.

I’ve aided in laying the groundwork for emerging technologies, deployed

corporate wide metrics and pioneered the implementation of new
technologies within the corporation, at client companies and assisted with
the development with the infrastructure for Project Management Offices
(PMO) at both Convergys and MedPlus.

Warm Regards,

ACHIEVEMENTS

Foresee and Exceed Revenue Goal

• The Internet Business Start up team exceeded revenue goals by 50%.
During this time we acquired our first three clients and explored new
business models.

Sell Ideas
• Lead a team of over 100 people - including analysts, managers,
directors and VP's to follow the published standards and follow a
structured change control process if updating the SOPs were approved.
This allowed us to deliver the project 10% ahead of schedule and 30%
below budget.

Manage Business Relationship

• Built and managed great client and vendor relationships.
• Ensured the clients had a complete view into our process
improvements.
• Resolved issues quickly and determined the root cause of problems
leading to process improvements and code enhancements. This was a
significant factor towards closing a $10 Million five year deal with an
existing client.
• Instituted the implementation of UML/Use Cases to communicate client
needs clearly to the development.
• Established a framework that embraced change rather than avoid
change.

End-to-End Leadership
• Duties have been creating the budget, accountably for the P&L,
hiring, mentoring, training and firing the employees and while creating
a collaborative environment and establishing a productive work
environment by putting the right people on the right business functions.

Improve Productivity and Employee Effectiveness

• Enacted process improvement opportunities that were suggested from my
teams and individual staff members. Ensured that the process
improvements were documented for the next iterations and other Scrum
teams. An Agile method (e.g. based upon principles and minimum process
framework.) This allowed the teams to focus on delivering client value.
• Created focused training courses for our staff. Rotated developers,
operation support and QA personnel so all the staff could understand how
their actions and designs impacted the budget, schedule, and
productivity of the entire SDLC processes.
• Began to develop automated testing suites, daily builds and routine
integrations (dependent upon the success of integrations the timing was
modified during the life of the project.

Create Immediate Positive Impact

• Improved the SDLC processes and created automated tools which reduced
time-to-market by 30%. Created a link between our time reporting tool
and project management tool which allowed staff to update their
remaining hours which assisted with the accurate reporting of Earned
Value, Budget-At-Completion, and cumulative cost curve.
