Medybiz Pharma offers a free delivery service at a TCS office or your Residence, subject to
meeting the minimum order value requirement.
The Minimum order value is Rs. 250 for delivery at TCS office and Rs 500 for delivery at
residence. Orders between Rs.250 and Rs.500 will be delivered at TCS Office only.
Below are the implementation specifics of the services:

Note:
- Non Pharmacy products include healthcare equipment or surgical products only ( BP machines,
Syringes)
- A valid prescription is mandatory for prescription medicines and Non Pharmacy products
- Over the Counter (OTC) medicines (e.g. Crocin, Asprin etc) / Over the Counter (OTC) items
(eg. Weighing scale, Thermometer, contact lens solution) are those that may be sold directly to
a consumer without a prescription from a doctor
- Sanitary products, cosmetics, baby food products. will not be delivered
- Cashless delivery option is subject to approval and availability of domiciliary limits.

Up to 15% discount will be offered to TCS employees and their dependents covered under TCS
India - Health Insurance Scheme, and up to 10% discount will be offered to other family
members, subject to the minimum order value.

Please note that discounts will be offered only on Medicines (Prescription and Over the Counter).
For example: If the order value is Rs 500, of which the medicine cost is Rs 150, you will eligible
for a discount only on Rs 150.

Is there any minimum order value for ordering with Medybiz Pharma Pvt. Ltd.?
Yes. The minimum order value for ordering is Rs.250.

Is it mandatory to upload the prescription at the time of placing an order through IWP?
A valid prescription has to be compulsorily furnished for prescription medicines and Non
Pharmacy products. It is advisable to upload your prescription while placing an order through
IWP. However in case the prescription is not uploaded at the time of placing the order, it will be
mandatory to produce the same on delivery. In case a valid prescription is not produced, the
order will be cancelled.

The CoD option needs to be used for Non Pharmacy products and Over the Counter (OTC)
medicines/ items since these do not fall under domiciliary claims as per TCS India - Health
Insurance Scheme.

Can I order Non-Pharmacy products or OTC items along with prescription medicines?
Non-pharmacy products can be ordered only under CoD transaction. In case you are using the
Cashless facility for ordering prescription medicines, a separate order should be placed for NonPharmacy products as they do not fall under domiciliary claims as per TCS India - Health
Insurance Scheme.

In case of repeat orders for the same medicines, do I have to upload the prescription every
time I place an order?
The same order can be replicated as long as the prescription is valid. No prescription upload is
required in such a case.
For example, in case the prescription is valid for six months and you have placed an order for one
months medicine, you need to upload the prescription only once and then replicate the order as
long as the prescription is valid.
If the prescription is not uploaded at the time of placing the order, it is required to be produced at
the time of delivery to the Delivery Executive, who will take a picture of the same, and upload it in
the system for future reference.

To replicate the order by calling the Medybiz Pharma Call Centre # 1860 425 2662 you are
required to mention the reference of the previous order number.
Note: Medybiz will re-verify the validity of the previous prescription and a new order number will
be generated.

Not all prescriptions have their validity mentioned. What should I do in such a case?

If the validity is not mentioned in the prescription, it can be considered valid for the current Health
Insurance Scheme duration. A new prescription should be produced once the scheme is
renewed. The current TCS India Health Insurance Scheme year is from 01 April 2013 to 31
March 2014.

What if I have chosen the home delivery option and the recipient does not have an
Identity proof?
In case the recipient does not have a valid Identity proof, you should ensure that he/she has a
letter of authorisation along with a photo copy of your Company ID card at the residence, to be
produced at the time of delivery

What if I am not available when the Delivery Executive comes to deliver my order?
The Delivery Executive will call/SMS you on arrival at your office premise / residence and on
arrival will wait for 10 minutes. The order would be re-delivered on the next working day if you
miss to take the delivery.

What is the validation process if an order is placed via the call centre?
While placing an order through the call centre, you will need to identify yourself by sharing your
employee ID and answering a few questions on your dependents as covered under the TCS India
- Health Insurance Scheme.

You may also dial 1860 425 2662 to get in touch with the Medybiz Pharma Customer Care
Executive to track the status of your order.

Whom shall I follow up with in case my order has not been delivered at the scheduled
time or in case I receive a damaged or wrong medicine
In case of any grievance / query, you may contact Medybiz Pharma call centre at 1860 425
2662. All your queries will be resolved within a maximum of 2 days.
In case you are unsatisfied with the resolution, you may write to the TCS Account Manager at
the following email id: spoctcs@medybizpharma.com. (Refer Appendix A for the escalation
matrix)

The Medicine Packet received was not intact. What should I do?
Do not accept it. Return it to the Delivery Executive.
28.
Is the home delivery option possible for my dependents whose address is not under
serviceable network?
No. Medybiz Pharma does not offer delivery service in non-serviceable networks.

Which are the locations covered under MedyBiz Pharmas serviceable network for
Pharmacy Benefits?
All TCS locations (except Goa and Jamshedpur) are covered under serviceable network.
Following is the list of locations where delivery is possible:
