TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

For all assignments charges would be at 10% of the annual CTC of

the candidate recruited.

The Annual CTC of the candidate would include the following

components:
Basic, HRA, LTA, Medical, Fixed Allowances, Retrials, Perquisites as
valued and any other assured sum.

In case of being appointed as an exclusive partner for all staffing

solutions for the organization for a specific period of time, a
corporate discount of 5% would be extended for all assignments
irrespective of seniority levels. The exclusive period should not be
less than 3 months in this case.

Payment is to be made by you within 30 days of the appointment of

the candidate. Payment is to be made by an A/C Payee cheque or by
Demand draft.

In the event of the candidate leaving the employment of the client

organization within 90 days, then our company undertake to replace
the candidate free of charge in full at client option, provided we are
informed within 90 days

Period and the candidate ceases to be on the clients' payroll/ or

associate's roll. The replacement will be carried out only if the full
and final payment for the relevant search has been cleared within
15 days of the submission of the invoice.

A copy of the Appointment letter issued to the candidate can be

forwarded to us after the appointment that helps us to find details of
the salary package
