figures
Development of a Business = Management ( as derived above) + 20% of R&D
R&D = Market Study ( 75) + Time (85) + Services ( 80) + Technology (80) [value taken from above value derived and used]= 320/4=80
Development = Management + 20% of R&D
Management as derived above = 84%
= 84 + 20% of R&D(80) derived in 13
= 84 + 16
= 100% development formula

of time is gaining its size just lik the real world ocean. But in
the case of real world global worming is the cause and existing
ice is the source. Similarly in the case of information, economy
love is the cause and Information Technology is the source
which acts as multipliers, on existing information to form new
one.
This ocean of information is used by the people as per their
demand and need, like the use of real world ocean and the
development of individual lies with the way of use of it, in this
developing and success loving world, giving the valid
justification to the statement of Information being by the people
for the people for development.
