ATP Calculations

Currently there are two types of availability checks active in the

production Z2 & Z3
-

Stock types considered for ATP calculation

B & C will be considered (in case of external)

F & C will be considered (in case on in-house)

In case on externally procured material Planned delivery time

and GR processing time on MRP2 tab are considered in
calculating stock

In case of internally manufactured material Total Replenishment

Lead Time on MRP3 tab is considered in calculating stock.

Example 1:
Material XXXX has Z2 availability check, procured externally, and has
planned delivery time of 10 days and GR processing time of 1 day.
Case -1: SO received today 03/21 with requested delivery date of 03/25
and quantity 10 EA
Calculation:ATP checks stock type C and B as

ATP checks stock position till 04/01 and confirms the order.
Let us assume the following is the stock position

Confirmation date is proposed based on pick-pack time and

routing (factory calendar).
Case -2: SO received today 03/21 with requested delivery date of 03/25
and quantity 50 EA
Calculation is the same as above in case -1 i.e. 25 EA
There will be a change in the confirmation dates as
