[en] TheimportanceofBrazilianagricultureintheglobal
scenarioiscloselyrelatedtotheexpansionofthe
agriculturalfrontierthroughoutthecountryinrecent
decades.Thisprocessoccurredthroughtheuseofnew
techniques,processesandequipmentthatallowedthe
expansionofcropsforareaspreviouslyconsidered
unsuitable.Thetractorhadaninstrumentalrolein
jumpnationalagricultureandcanbeconsideredthe
mainsourceofpowerinthefield.Theuseoftractors
inproductionenhancesthequalityofservice
performedandensuresachievinggreateroperational
efficiencyatallstagesofproduction.Thetractorisa
complexmachine,comprisinganumberofelements
andmechanismswhichoperateconcurrentlytoensure
basicfunctionofatractor,inotherwords,provide
powerforagriculture.Theperformanceofamachinein
tractionisaffectedbyseveralvariablessuchasthe
internalpressureofthetiresandweighttransfer.Thus,
theaimofthisworkwastoevaluatethefollowing
questions:Influenceoftheinternalpressureofthe
tiresandtheslopeofthelinetractioninoperating
parametersandthemechanicalvibrationofthebase
stationoperationChangeintheinternalpressureof
thetiredynamicconditionduetotheweighttransfer
betweenfrontandrearaxle.Workwasdoneonthe
campusoftheFederalUniversityofViosa,inthe
periodfromMarchtoAugust2012.Theexperiment
conductedtodeterminetheperformanceandvibration
inthepostofoperationwasperformedinfirmground
track,andthetreatmentsofthecombinationofthree
tireinflationpressure(12,14and16psi),three
inclinationsoftractionlineandfourtractionforces
(3.57,6.86,12.46and16.23kN),inacompletely
randomizeddesign,witheightreplications.The
experimentconductedtoevaluatethevariationofthe
internalpressureofthetiresindynamicconditionwas
performedonconcretetrack,withfourtreatments
consistingoftractionforcesof4.44,14.57,18.6and
23.92kN,inacompletelyrandomizeddesign,withfour
replications.Weusedatractorwithfrontwheelassist,
equippedwithbiastiresandasetoftransducersfor
measuringtheparametersofinterest.Theresults
showedthattheslipofwheelsetsofthetractor
increasedprogressivelywithincreasingtractionforce,
thatreducingtheinternalpressureofthetirescaused
areductionintheslipofthewheelsetsinthegreatest
tractionforcesandthattheinclinationoftheline
tractionhadsignificanteffectonlyforthetensile
strengthof16.23kN.Thehourlyfuelconsumption
increasedbyabout65%withincreasingtensile
strengthof3.56to16.23kN,theinternalpressureof
thetiresandtheclassofinclinationofthelinetraction
hadlimitedeffectonthisvariable.Thetractionforce
andtheinternalpressureofthetireexertedapositive
effectonlevelsoflongitudinalvibrationatthebaseof
thepostoperating,thehighestlevelswereobserved
forthecombinationoftensilestrengthof16.23kNand
theinternalpressureof110,32kPa,withvaluesclose
to0,61ms2,andthelowestfortheforceof3,56kN
and82,74kPapressure,withvaluescloseto0,20ms
2.Thetractionforceandtheinternalpressureofthe
tireshadaquadraticeffectonvibrationlevelsinthe
verticaldirectionatthebaseofthepostoperating,the
highestlevelswereobservedforthecombinationof
tractionforceof16,23kNandtheinternalpressureof
110,32kPa,withvaluescloseto0.75ms2,andthe
lowestfortheforceof3,56kNcombinedwiththe
internalpressureofthetiresof82,74kPa.The
variationofweighttransferactingoneachaxleofthe
tractorwasabletoprovidethechangeintheinternal
pressureoftiresindynamiccondition.Thetraction
forceshowedalinearvariationoftheinternalpressure
ofthetireduringthedevelopmentoftensile,being
generatedmodelconsideredvalidtoestimatethe
tractionforcefromthevariationoftheinternal
pressureofthetires.
