AbstractCombined with the relevant theorythis paper builds the effect mechanism model of organizational
support on continuance usage of BIM technologyand makes an empirical study based on structural equation
method. The results indicate that the instrumental support and emotional support of organization affect the useful
erogenoussatisfaction and continued use of intention for staffs of construction industry for BIM signicantly
and positivelystaffsindividual habits play a signicant role of regulation between the intent and the behavior of
continuance usage of BIM technologyand the effect is a negative direction.
