1.0 ABSTRACT
In this study, it is aimed to show the relationship between organization performance and
corporate entrepreneurship. It can be identified as whole activities of new product, process,
market, technology, strategy and improving management technique. It is important for firms to
be able to identify entrepreneurial practices carried out by their employees so that they can
distinguish their entrepreneurially inclined employees from those who are not within their
organizations. Corporate entreneurship it also refers to the development of new products or
services, administrative systems and techniques, and the development of new business models
and business ventures.

2.0 INTRODUCTION
In firm organization, in order to achieve successful, sustained innovation, good
companion in company, and have long term excellence in the product market field,
organizations should start a good culture that support their employee and maintain the culture
to encourages performance improvement in firm. This type of culture also can be known as
corporate entrepreneurship (CE). Its mean culture that encourages its employees to be
creative and innovative that will enable them to realize and take advantage of opportunities
whenever they have.
The focus of this study is corporate entrepreneurship and culture on organization
performance. That is important as survival, profitability and growth of a company. In general,
CE activities tend to stimulate creativity and innovation and encourage culture of calculated
risk-taking throughout organizational operations which may reinforce the companys position
in existing market by entering new and lucrative growth fields. Corporate entrepreneurship
activities and orientations can be considered important predictors of organizational
performance.
Corporate entrepreneurship in generally is a process that established business
organization undertake product and service innovations, act proactively and willing to take
risk through internal and external in order to improve and enhance their companys
performance. In fact, the orientation and activities that established by organization is an
important dimension of wealth creation and economic development to achieve higher
performance in firm.

Every enterprise must have processes and rules of procedure and


behaviour but those which do not apply due to changing business conditions,
situations and opportunities should be discarded to create way for establishing

new precedents to respond to new opportunities. the leadership has to be willing


to listen to and recognize good ideas whenever and from whom they arise. This
is part of the wider effort to create an intrapreneurial culture and so that anyone
can come forward with an idea on how to improve any aspect of the business

A various measures of growth and profitability should be considered as its application in


diverse and cuts across many organizational aspects to improve firm performance.
Add more dimensions in construct the corporate entrepreneurship such as corporate
venturing and self-renewal.

Other than focus only in internal organizational factors, other factors also can be
considered such as environment organizational factors.
To make more effective in performance, corporate entrepreneurship should present the
environment with support systems, structures and resources that encourage employees to
behave entrepreneurially.
The role of board of directors and absorptive factors also should be considered instead of
focus only on employees in order to have effective, efficient and successful performance
for the whole organization.
