The Caveator states that The Honble 3rd Labour Court at Mumbai,
was pleased to pass an order dated 26.02.2010, dismissing the Complaint
(ULP) No. 232 of 1998 filed by the Proposed Applicants challenging the
closure of the undertaking of the Caveator vide notice of closure dated
8.06.1998. The Caveator states that pursuant to the said order the closure
