I UJJAL SINGH NAMDHARI S/O ONKAR SINGH NAMDHARI R/O #197 SECTOR
21-A CHANDIGARH 160022. I am the Director of PANDORA PVT LIMITED (hereinafter
called the OWNER), which is the lawful owner of plot situated at B-47 Okhla Phase III.
WHEREAS There is an old structure on the subject plot and the owner intends to dismantle the
structure (hereinafter called the work).
Employer wants to give the job of dismantling the structure to a firm named KISHAN
CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER AND CONTRACTORS ( herein called the contractor) having
office at D 331, Indra Kalyan Vihar, Okhla Industrial Area Phase I
The owner hereby lawfully authorize the contractor for dismantling the structur. THIS
AUTHORITY LETTER WITNESSETH the following terms and conditions:
1. The contractor agrees to undertake the work of dismantling the said structure in
consideration of a sum of Rs 1100 to be paid by the contractor to the employer in cash.
2. The contractor will dismantle the said structure, clear and level the plot at front.
3. The contractor shall take away the sale of scrap amount and will not shift the waste
material of the old structure and shall clear and level the plot of land at front.
4. While demolishing and constructing the structure, the contractor shall carry out the said
Work in accordance with the law, rules and bye laws for the time being in force affecting
the said work and shall give the necessary notices to and obtain the requisite sanction of
the concerned local authorities in respect of the said work and shall comply with building
and other regulations of such authority.
5. The contractor shall complete the said work on or before the expiry of _____ days(not
exceeding 40 days) from the date of accepting this work order/letter.
6. The contractor hereby indemnify and keep the employer saved, defended and harmless
against any claims, demands, actions or proceedings that may be suffered by the
employer by reason of anything done by the contractor as a result of the contractor

committing breach of any rules and regulations or causing damage to any adjoining
property or any individual or otherwise howsoever in dismantling the property or
constructing the new structure on the said property or any letters, applications and
writings addressed by the contractor pursuant to such authority as also for the costs,
charges and expenses which may be incurred or for which the employer may become
liable in that behalf.
7. The contractor shall be responsible for injury to persons, animals or things and for all
structural damages to the property which may arise from the operation or neglect of the
contractor or their employees, nominees, sub-contractors or their employees, whether
such injury or damage arises from carelessness, accident or any other cause whatsoever in
any way connected with the carrying out of construction pursuant to these presents. This
clause shall be deemed to include, inter alia, any damage to buildings whether
immediately adjacent or otherwise, and any damage to roads, streets, foot-paths, bridges
or ways as well as all damages caused to the buildings and work forming the subject of
this contract by frost, rain, wind or other inclemency of weather.
8. The contractor shall be responsible for any damages/harms to the machinery/workers
while performing the said work at our plot.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said owner acting through Mr.Ujjal Singh Namdhari and the said
contractor personally have agreed to the above terms and have hereto respectively signed on the
day and the year first, hereinabove mentioned.
