The  All  Campus  Radio  Network,  ACRN.com,  Athens,  Ohio,  January  2007-­‐Present  
Public  Relations  Director  (June  2007-­‐Present)  
• Worked  as  part  of  a  thirteen  member  strong  executive  board  to  control  Ohio  University's  completely  
student-­‐run  internet  radio  station  
• Led  weekly  PR/Promo  department  meetings  consisting  of  twenty  members  with  the  Promotions  Director    
• Appointed  and  trained  three  PR  assistants  and  delegated  tasks  to  said  assistants  
• Helped  create  and  maintain  ACRN's  social  media  presence  by  creating  an  ACRN  twitter  and  a  Facebook  
profile  for  ACRN's  mascot  
• Wrote  and  sent  press  releases  and  media  alerts  for  events  and  concerts  held  by  the  radio  station.  This  
included  concerts  featuring  national  and  local  acts  such  as  Andrew  WK,  Jay  Reatard,  Titus  Andronicus,  The  
Gunshy,  The  Flotation  Walls,  Tin  Armor,  Russenorsk  and  Blueprint.  
• Planned  and  headed  ACRN  week  every  April.  Responsibilities  included  planning  both  external  PR  events  as  
well  as  internal  bonding  events.  
• Planned  and  headed  social  and  PR  gaining  events  each  year  that  included  a  date  auction  every  February,  
Pre-­‐New  Years  every  November  and  Two  Dollar  prom  every  May.  
• Assisted  in  the  planning  and  promotion  of  Lobsterfest,  a  three  day  music  festival  in  June  including  one  all-­‐
day  outside  concert.
