Indian Rupee remained volatile

rates but outcome of meet resulted
in weakening dollar as they left the
interest

unchanged.
Henceforth, Rupee saw the biggest
daily gain after September 2013 as it
hiked around 1% snapping the 2-day
losing streak.
Sentiments were
further boosted on hopes that RBI
may ease its monetary policy which
is due in coming week. Strength in
equity markets too supported the
Indian currency. Forex Reserves rose
$2.5 bn for the week ending 11th
Sept and crossed $350 bn mark.

USDINR last week hovered around the support level of 66.4500 for most part of the week but this
crucial support was broken on last day after Feds decision to keep the interest rates unchanged
which resulted in weakening of dollar and finally settled near the support of 65.7650. If it sustains
below it then next support is around 65.2000 while immediate resistance for week is 66.5000.

EURINR

EURINR last week found stiff resistance around higher side i.e. near the resistance of 75.6500 and
hovered in specific range for most part of the week. It needs closing above 75.6500 for strong up
move above which next resistance is seen around 76.1000. On lower side, 74.6000 is seen as
immediate support closing below which may find 74.1000 as next support.
