PROCLAMATION OF INVOLUNTARY DISSOLUTION

It is hereby proclaimed by the United States, in Congress assembled, acting under the authority of the Involuntary
Dissolution Act of 2015 that;
WHEREAS the National Guardianship Association, (hereinafter, Association) has violated and continues to
violate multiple articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and
WHEREAS the Association, having exceeded the maximum time allotted to cure the aforementioned human rights
violations, and
WHEREAS Nancy Doty has not been held accountable for her crimes against humanity within the local political
subdivision of the State of Oregon, and
WHEREAS the Association continues to operate within the metes and bounds of The United States of America
with intent to continue to violate the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and commit further crimes against
humanity, and
BE IT RESOLVED that the Association and its Articles are hereby Dissolved, and
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that Nancy Doty is under arrest and sentenced to incarceration for a term no
shorter than 30 years under permanent dissolution of NANCY DOTY INC.; or any other entity created by Nancy
Doty to continue to commit multiple human rights violations against senior citizens of the American Society, and
BE IT SO ORDERED by the United States, in Congress assembled this 17th day of the 9th Month in the year
2015,
