KICKER KLSCH 4.9% ABV --- 25 IBU


Brewed just like they do it in Cologne: German Pilsner and Wheat Malts, German Magnum
hops for bittering, Hallertauerhops for aroma and a spicy note. Fermented slow and cool with
an authentic Klsch yeast strain brought back from your Brewmasters studies in Germany.
LENTS LAGER 5.0% ABV --- 22 IBU
Our house lager is based on the Bavarian Helles, which was created as aresponse to the rise
of the Pilsner Beers in the 19thCentury, being less bitter and a bit more malt-focused. A great
Helles combines a clean, crisp malt background with a subtleyet presentspicy hop flavor.
It has an elegant simplicity and ultimate drinkability.
ZOIGL HEFE-WEISSBIER 5.2% ABV --- 15IBU
German Wheat, Pilsner and Munich malts provide the light breadiness, German Magnum
(bittering) and Hallertauer (flavor addition) give this modestly hopped beer a light spicy
flavoring. The Bavarian Hefeweizen yeast strain provides the rest: banana ester with a light
phenolic clove note. This beer can be paired with nearly any food and is great for drinking on its own as well.
SKYLIGHT IPA 6.2% ABV --- 75 IBU
Columbus, Amarillo, Cascade and El Dorado hops illuminate our dry-hopped and unfiltered
NW IPA with vibrant citrus, stone fruit, wood and pine aromas and flavors. Let the light shine on!
RAMONA RED 6.5% ABV --- 60 IBU
Our local hops are right at home in this Northwest-Style Red Ale: Woody, spicy, piney and
citrusy. They also enjoy playing against the lush backdrop of a blend of pale, carapils,
caramel and chocolate malts. Let er rip!
SCHWARZBIER 4.4% ABV---24 IBU (SEASONAL)
Schwarzbiers are dark, but without the stout or porter flavor the color would imply. What
they do have is a clean, light malt sweetness from the Pilsner and Munich malts, a gentle
roast note from the Carafa II and moderate bitterness and hop flavor. All in a tasty lager!
GREEN LINE ORGANIC PALE RADLER 3.9% ABV--- 25IBU (SEASONAL)
We blended our Green Line Organic Pale Ale with Hot Lips Lemon Soda (organic lemons
and sugar blended in good old Bull Run water) to create a thirst-quenching, easy drinking
pale with outstanding citrus notes. Brewed with Organic Bravo and Organic Cascade hops along with
the Organic Great Western malts.
CROSBY # 7SINGLE HOP PALE ALE 5.0% ABV---35 IBU (SEASONAL)
We got our hands on anexperimentalhop from Crosby Farms in Woodburn. They work
with a farmer in Idaho who cross-bred and planted this varietal. It is apparently a cross
between Chinook and Sorachi Ace. It has a nice, bright fruity hop aroma and is very quaffable.
MOSAIC SINGLE HOP PALE ALE 5.0% ABV---35 IBU (SEASONAL)
A delicious brew with a wonderful aroma of mango, lemon, pine, and citrus.
CAVALIER BELGIAN IPA 5.5% ABV---40 IBU (SEASONAL)
Fermented with the Belgian Abbey II strain, this Belgian-inspired IPA has a crisp body, snappy
bitterness, and delightful fruity esters.
HONEY BUNCHES OF OATS 5.3% ABV---24 IBU (SEASONAL)
If you are looking for a great breakfast beer, you can stop. This beer has every pronounceable
ingredient from a classic cereal, including American pale two-row, wheat, flaked corn, flaked
rice, flaked oats, white sugar, Belgian dark candi sugar and Oregonhoney. You can have your
cereal and drink it, too.

THE ZOIGL TRADITION

n the spirit of Zoigl, we welcome you to the first Zoiglhaus this


side of Bavaria. Zoigl style beer has been brewed since the
Middle Ages in several small towns of the Oberpfalz, Germany.
Its a wonderful old custom where citizens share a communal
brewhouse, then take turns serving their brew to their neighbors
from the comfort of their own homes. You can still taste the Zoigl
tradition in five tiny towns there. And now, right here in Portland,
were pleased to open our brewery to bring you this Zoigl experience.
