Goodbye, my beloved Fatherland,

loved by the glory sun,

East sea's precious pearl where our
Eden lost!
With delight I surrender my faded life's
best,
Even it was happier and blessed
I will do the same and never blame.

Vision of my breath, living and fiery

crave
All hail! soul whimpers who wants a
flight;
All hail! For nice things will
disappeared,
To expire for your good, that thou
mystic aspire,
And slumbered in infinity.

On the arena of struggles in middle of

raging light,
Brave hearts given their lives without
uncertainty,
The place weigh not -- cypress or
laurel or lily white,
Scaffold or open land, battle or
martyrdom's predicaments
To render service to our nation and its
necessity

Over my tomb a seed grow,

A submissive flower in a meadow,
Drag it to my lips and kiss my soul so,
Below my cold ossuary I felt
The fragile touch and thy breath so
warm

I expire just when I witness the smiling

of the sun
Through the darkening of night, to
foretell the day;
If the color is lack of life, pour my
blood
Flow thy blood in the benefit of my
dear,
Pigmented with it the crimson the
crack dawn's ray.

Let the moon gleam above me silently

and tender,
Let the dawn shine over me its
dazzling flares,
Let the gloomy wind pass over me,
And if above my cross a bird could be
observed,
Let it chants its hymn of tranquility of
my remains.

My visions, when reality stroke me

first,
My visions, when aspiration of a
juvenile flew high,
Were to spot thy lovely face, a jewel of
the Orient sea,
From sadness and mourn, from
tenderness and not distressed;
No blush on thy eyebrow, no crystal
liquid in your eyes.

Let the sun drag vapors up above the

sky,
Purity in overdue protest bear toward
heaven;
Let some considerate spirit o'er my
mistimed fortune sigh,
A prayer may carry up in a steady
night
From thee, O my country, I may rest
on our Creator.

Pray for those doomed that have

perish,
Those suffered injustice agony,
For our mother who cries on miseries
and misfortunes,
For widows and orphans, for
abductees endured sufferings;
And for thyself absolution that may
receive.

As I pass over valleys and plains;

Tremble and purified in thy time,
Muddle through color and light, with
song and jeremiad
Every continuous faith that I
treasured.

When the gloomy night surrounds the

boneyard,
With the only body remains can see;
Don't disturb my tranquility or mystery
profound,
Perhaps you may overhear a glum
hymn echoed,
Oh my nation! I chanting a song to
thee.

My beloved Fatherland, lends

loneliness to my anguish,
Dearest Filipinas, perceive my last bid
of goodbye!
My parents, allied and peers I give all
to you,
I go to the place where no dictator
rules,
Where faith will live forever and God
regnants.

When my tomb is neglected,

Unseen mark or cross,
Hurtle it and let stumble in the ground,
That my residue covered the earthy
soil,
Before it lost its importance at least
they were blown

Adios to all of you, from my ripped

soul,
Childhood friends of mine in their
deprived nest!
Back-tiring days are over, I came to
rest!
Sweet friend who lift my burden in the
way, farewell;
Creatures so adorable farewell! In
heaven there is peace.

The oblivion brought to me no worries;
