Module Objectives
After completing this module you will be able to:
Install and test CUEAC Client

Installing the console

Step 1
The first window appears displaying a
message that Cisco Unified Enterprise
Attendant Console Installation Wizard is
preparing to install. The progress bar on
the screen shows the status of the setup
and also shows the names of the files
being extracted. Once the installation
wizard is ready to install the application,
a new screen will be displayed that will
guide you through the setup process
for Cisco Unified Enterprise
Attendant Console.

Step 2
The new window that is displayed after
the Preparing to Install window, shows a
welcome note. This screen specifies that
Cisco Unified Enterprise Attendant
Console and its components will be
installed on your computer. To continue,
click Next. If you wish to exit from the
setup at this point, click Cancel.

Step 3
The next window contains the
registration information. In the Name text
box, type the name of the registered
owner of CUEAC, and type the owners
company name into the Company text
box. Click the Next button to proceed.

Step 4
If you wish to install the application to a
different location, use the Browse button
to select a different location.
Click Next to proceed.

Step 5
Enter the Name or IP Address of
the machine running CUEAC.
Click Next to proceed.

Step 6
You must select the language in which
you want to install the application.
Click Next to proceed.

Step 7
Select the check box to add an icon for
CUEAC on the desktop.
Click Next to proceed.

Step 8
The installation wizard displays the
summary of the information you have
entered so far. You can review these
settings on this screen and click Back if
you wish to edit some information.
If you are satisfied with the settings.
Click Next to allow the setup to start
copying the files.

Step 9
A progress bar is displayed that shows
the status of the installation
configurations and the files being copied.
Click Next to proceed. If you wish to exit
the setup at this point. Click Cancel.

Step 10
The final window displays the
confirmation that CUEAC has been
installed successfully.
Click the Finish button.

Running the console

Step 01
Select File>Login

Step 02
Enter a user name and
password together with the
extension number of the
operators phone.

Step 03
After logging in to the system,
we should now see the relevant
queues and directory
