Hosted by the Chicago Minority Supplier Development Council, Inc. (CMSDC), CBOF has a distinguished history
as a catalyst for developing partnerships between minority and majority-owned corporations and government
agencies. CBOF is the oldest and largest procurement show in the nation devoted exclusively to multi-cultural and
multi-ethnic businesses and was the impetus to the development of the National Minority Supplier Development
Council, Inc. (NMSDC), a network of nearly 40 regional councils in major cities across the nation, Puerto Rico
and Canada.

The kick-off for CBOF 43 will be a Corporate sponsored networking reception. This is a great chance to meet,
greet and set the tone for business opportunities over the next few days.

On Monday, March 29th attend the Corporate Sponsored Networking Reception. On Tuesday, March 30th
you can attend Dynamic Workshops conducted by outstanding business leaders, and the CBOF 43 Dinner
Dance, featuring live entertainment. On Wednesday, March 31st, the Sponsors Breakfast will begin the day
with a prominent keynote speaker leading to the ribbon cutting and floor opening of the highly acclaimed 43rd
CBOF Trade Fair. CBOF 43 will honor minority business enterprises at the Minority Business Enterprise Input
Committee (MBEIC) Awards Luncheon. This event is designed to give recognition to MBEs, corporate and
government buyers and organizations that have shown exceptional commitment to business development. This
exciting day will culminate with the Topping Out Reception where fair attendees are encouraged to bring their

Greetings!

I want to personally invite and encourage you to attend the 43rd Annual Chicago
Business Opportunity Fair, CBOF 43, March 29 – 31, 2010 at Chicago’s
Navy Pier. This year is sure to be memorable and is one to be a part of as we
focus on “Rebound 2010: Connect Drive, Thrive.” In today’s challenging
economy it is business critical to “Connect, Drive and Thrive” to grow and sustain
our businesses.

The CBOF Sponsors Planning Committees have gone to great lengths to make
the historic CBOF 43 the most impactful and exciting event to date. The trade
fair will feature numerous opportunities to network with over 4000 attendees.

The three day event will include Workshops and Seminars, Technology Row, Food and Beverage

The Hyatt Regency Chicago 151 East Wacker Drive, in downtown Chicago is the official hotel for the
43rd Chicago Business Opportunity Fair. Special discount rates for CBOF 43 are $165 for single/double
