Terms and Conditions

a) The scheme and the post are purely temporary, co-terminal and contractual in nature and the appointment shall
be terminated on withdrawal of the post or the scheme as the case may be by the funding agency ( Department
of Agriculture and Cooperation, Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India). The appointing authority deserves the
right to terminate employment by giving one months advance notice. As appointment is contractual in nature,
renewal of appointments depends on the renewal of scheme or post by the funding agency.
b) On termination of the post or scheme as the case may be the incumbent shall not be entitled to
placement/absorption in any other scheme or temporary/permanent establishment of the University.
c) Salary/Pay and other allowances are as per Govt. of India Rules and shall be disbursed as and when fund is
available under the Scheme Head.
d) The employment shall not be entitled to any death-cum-retirement benefits and service conditions will be
decided as per guidelines of the funding agency from time to time.
