This Career plan has been the establishment of my profession way and has furnished the chance
to distinguish what I need to be sometime later and what profession way I wish to select. This

Personal insight

Effective leadership and effective management will help organizations to achieve success and
reach organizations goals and objectives at a given time. In contradictory situation, effective
leadership and executive decision making will help to avoid organizational failures.
From the childhood I learnt how to make good personal relationship and how to work with
people in various cultures. That is because of my childhood teachers and they taught me how to
handle different situations and how to work with the people in different scenarios. It helped me a
lot to develop my interpersonal skills and decision making skills without knowing.
During my education period I was able to join the Leo club while I'm doing my doing my studies
and I was able to build a personal rapo with other members as well. While we were doing charity
projects I was able to widen certain skills and abilities by talking to top managers of different
organizations. It helped me to build my career and make decisions to make my life success. I did
bio science for A/l's which really enhanced my general knowledge and it helped me to
accomplish my first career expectation with good results.
After completing my first career expectation, I joined ACBT for my higher studies and I
completed a bachelor in management and marketing stream. Throughout out my degree, I was
able to enhance my collaborative skills as a team player and I developed my presentation skills
within given deadlines. I have met different people from various cultures during the bachelor's
and that enabled me to improve my interpersonal skills and teamwork. I was admired by several
students and it helped to build my foundation stronger.
In future I'm to do my MBA and gain my professional qualifications, which will help to build my
career and make my foundation stronger. As a degree holder, I think decisions made by me up to
now are aligned with my career objectives and it will help to achieve my goals effectively and
efficiently.

If I couldn't attain as director in 2025, I would start a own business by using my

entrepreneur, knowledge and skills which I gained while working at Hirdaramani.

In 2030, I will expand my business all over the country and make good profits.

Self-Assessment Tests
In identifying further of my strengths and in understanding those particular matches to the career
path I have chosen, I completed and evaluated myself using three tests. The results obtained will
guide me to determine and give a better understanding of my skills and be useful to my career.

Big five
Big five tests play a major role in testing what differentiates one person from another and why
they behave the way they do. Most human personality traits can be boiled down to five
dimensions of personality regardless of language or culture. As most widely accepted and used
models of personality Big five traits talk of openness, conscientiousness, Extraversion,
Agreeableness and Neuroticism (potter, 2004)
According to big five personality test my results in Openness to experience, Conscientiousness,
Extroversion and Agreeableness obtained average marks depending on my behavior as I am so
much interested in new experience. Anyhow with the adaptation to my career path I would be
able to improve theseat dimensions and would be able to proceed successfully.
I am well organized at work and reliable in the task entrusted to me. Further I enjoy my company
with others and prefer group work. I have the habit of considering others feelings when coming
to agreements. I tend to be more nervous on some issues but with the experience in the working
environment I would be able to manage it.

Interpersonal communication
The skills that we use every day to communicate and interact with other people are interpersonal
skills. Interpersonal skills include not only communicate but also the ability to listen and
understand others. Further the skill in problem solving, decision making and personal stress
management are also included.

The people with strong interpersonal skills are usually more successful in both professional and
personal lives (skills you need, 2011). According to the results of interpersonal communication
skills test, I have average strength in communication and somewhat insightful. I have the
capability of communicating something to others very clearly. Further I am relatively
comfortable in dealing with emotions. Thus capabilities are well accepted but I completely
disagree with the results of my poor listening skill. I believe that I have the ability of listening to
others and give the consideration to their views.

Human metric Jung typology Test

According to the results of this test, I'm a strong extravert person and it will help me to adopt
according to any situation and I always believe in others when I'm taking a decision. The results
say that I tend to be less in judging over perceiving and I have to improve on thinking over
feeling.

Current job market

might be expensive compared to undergraduate programs.
4. There also can be economic conditions that complex business to reduce staffing.

Academic qualifications
I have successfully completed my Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Management from Edith
Cowan University. This 3 year course has served an immense knowledge to me covering twenty
four units. During the course I have conducted industry related projects, teamwork, actual
presentations and negotiation tests whereas other universities focus mainly on theory. These
competencies were accomplished through diverse assignments such as new product
development; marketing research on different companies to increase awareness, creating
integrated marketing campaigns, feasibility studies on expanding products to overseas. I have
been able to accomplish high grades with 12 Distinctions/ higher distinctions out of 20 subjects.
Also I have achieved great results in Advanced level examinations with 2Cs for science and
physics

During my degree at Edith Cowan University, I was able to gain expertise in both theoretical and
practical aspects of management and marketing. Some of the major projects carried out were
conducted a Market research proposal for Hemas Holding PLC to identify consumer preferences
in Clogard toothpaste and suggesting an action plan to increase their sales, An IMC campaign for
Blooming Flora to improve marketing tools and integrate them to provide a successful IMC

The foundation for oral and written communication skills were gained in my school days while
effectively communicating as a senior prefect, vice president and as a sports captain at meetings,
writing letters and while giving speeches at ceremonies. But mostly I developed my oral

presentation skills, communicate with lecturers and peers verbally. I also learnt how to negotiate

As a Cricketer, Prefect and a senior guide in school, I have got the opportunity to plan and
organize various school events such as Prize giving, Tournaments, Sportsmeets, Award

to younger Josephians. This was challenging because I was involved in many extracurricular

During my university life I was able augment effective analytical, research and evaluations skill
through subjects such as Edge 2 and Marketing Intelligence. For Marketing Intelligence I carried
out a research proposal for Hemas Holdings by delivering questionnaires to target audience and
researching on their opinions and tastes to improve their brand awareness. Finally I analyzed
data using SPSS to provide recommendations for further improvement. Higher grades I scored in
these reports have certified my practical analytical, research and evaluation skills.

The team projects and social work during my degree and school days have allowed me to meet
