ANTICUCHOS

Preparation:

para embadurnar con la brocha los anticuchos mientras se fren en la parrilla. La brocha
debe tener la panca deshilachada y se va mojando en la infusin golpeando con ella los
anticuchos cada vez que se voltean.
El brasero o parrilla debe tener suficiente carbn para que los anticuchos se cocinen a
fuego fuerte. Se sirven acompaados de papa sancochada, choclo y rocoto molido.
