In case of Eng fail or serious malfunction after V1:
RP: normally "go", follow SID or ATC last clearance, perform emergency and
malfunction checklist, request radar vector back to land
11) In case of evacuation:
LP: after ACFT completely stop, parking brake set, speed brake down, announce cabin
crew "at your station", order evacuation checklist, ask any assistance from ATC,
If evacuation not require, announce cabin crew "remain seated, resume normal duty"
If evacuation require, announce cabin crew "prepare left side, right side, or both side"
after checklist completed, evacuate as planned, call "evacuate evacuate evacuate"
before leave flight deck, take cap flash light, proceed to cabin, check pack out,
evacuate from two left or suitable exit if possible
RP: follow evacuation checklist step by step, after checklist completed, before leave flight
deck, take cap flash light, proceed to forward cabin, check pack out, check ELT has
been taken from bin 40K, evacuate from over wing exit if possible
12) If throttle warning sound in-flight above 10,000 ft, perform cabin depressurize in-flight,
oxygen mask on
LP: order "request clearance"
RP: BKK CTRL, call sign, type, req clearance for [____], alt [____] ft (note down squawk)
LP: select squawk at XPNDR and turn to ALT PRTG, read back clearance
LP: order "request pushback"
