Founded in December 1994, based on the initial small core

company which started activities in 1991.
Entirely private capital company.
Registered at ORC Constanta: J13 / 5616/ 1994.
Fiscal code: RO 7092273.
Head office: Cernavoda, 2B Medgidiei Street, Constanta
District ROMANIA.
Initially started with the works in the field of electric power
equipment and systems installations and erection on
Cernavoda Nuclear Power Plant site.

ELCOMEX IEA is the holder of all permits, licences and
authorisations required for the offered services and goods
issued by national authorities (National Commission for
Nuclear Safety, National Regulatory Body for Pressure
Vessels, Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority, etc.).
ELCOMEX IEA implemented a permanent training program
for improvment of the staff qualification, skills and culture and
