1. Polishing Pad
Flexible Wet Polishing Pads
The faces of polishing pads are designed with straight or curved slots, so they could be bent
or distorted freely. They are backed with loop Velcro so they could be attached to any of
backer pads very easy. They are used for fabrication of marble, granite, ceramic, and other
hard and fragile material, as well as non-iron metal. They are widely used to polish stone,
porcelain profiles, tile floors, all kinds of table-boards and stone sculptures.
Their working layer thickness is 2.2mm, 3mm or 4mm
They are suitable for hand power machines with the power is 750W to 1500W that run up to a speed of 2000-10000
rpm.
Flexible Polishing Pads attach to the Flexible Backer pads are used for grinding profiles or concave or convex surface
as well as flat surface of stone, while attach to the rigid backer pads are perfect for grinding a flat or level surface like
floor.
The process procedure: the operator sticks the flex pad on a backer pads and screw into Arbor of a grinding machine,
and then brings to bear some pressure to the machine to grind stone surface for five times come-and-go, at the same
time, the operator must infuses water into the backer pad continuously during the operation.
Then, the operator should change a finer pad. The grits of pads are from #50, #100, #200,
#400, #800, #1500, #3000, and #5000 to white/black buff in turn.According to the stone's
quality and operator's experience, it could be cut down or save some positions of pads.
White buff is used for light color stones and black buff for dark color stones. Each of grit is
easily distinguished by different color of Velcro and the grit mark on the pad.
They are worked by water fed during the operation, so they are also called wet pads.

Measly water is needed from #1500, to #3000. For the buff, only less water is needed to wet the stone surface. This
would make more friction resistance, and enough temperature on the surface of stone. Then stone surface is easily to
be wiped off because of intenerate caused by momentary high temperature. But the stone couldn't be grinded by dry
with too long time or it will result in burning or pigmentation. If burning appears, the worker must do work over again
from #200 at least, and if the pigmentation appears, it must be from #400.

Flexible Dry Polishing Pads
Some special floors (e.g. hotel's stone floorboard) are not allowed to work by wet, so the dry pads are used. Ordinarily,
the dry pads will not cause burning and pigmentation because of using the special resin to make the surface of pads
intenerated and pealed off as well as to avoid too hot on the surface of stone.
They are excellent for marble polishing. They can be used by wet as well.
Flexible Buff Pads
As the last position of pads or as the last stage of the fabrication, these pads are designed to create a deep glossy
reflection mirror like on marble, terrazzo and granite. Only a little water is necessary so the pads can work with heat
and water and a smooth finish surface would be done quickly.
The pads are made from tin oxide and natural fibers and special bond that are heat compressed into a mould. As there
are no dangerous chemicals involved, the Buff Pads are environmental safe and easy to use.
Flexible Resin-Pregnant Diamond Metal Chips Polishing Pads
For improving the efficiency to quickly remove stock and for increasing the Durable life of
pad set significantly, we creates resin-metal-bond polishing pads, available from #30, #50,
#100,#200 to #400, available both by wet and by dry.
They are made with pregnant diamond metal chips with unique resin bond. They are heat
compressed into a mould.
This is a new kind of high capability pads. They can be applied to excellent fabrication of
marble, concrete and granite . They are welcomed by our consumers with very much
interest.

Flexible Metal bond Polishing Pad
Sintered metal bonded with Rubber backer pad backed applied to quickly remove stock.
They are available from #30, #50, #100,#200 to #400 .

Flexible Electroplated of Diamond Polishing Pads
Electroplated of diamond crystals on a flexible cloth with dot matrix or a special pattern,
they are mainly used for dry polishing. They are available from grit #60, #120, #200 to
#400 .
Convex Polishing Pads
They are designed for polishing curved or inner concave parts of countertops, furniture,
sinks, and cast stone. Available in 3".

2. Brazed Polishing Pads
Brazed Polishing Pads Velcro or Rubber Backer Backed

Floor Polishing Pads
They are designed for floor polishing machines to polish or restore or

maintain for the floor of marble, concrete, terrazzo, granite. They are
backed with Velcro, can be mounted on a rigid backer pad to fit on any
floor machine. The high thickness provides extended life.
Our resin-pregnant diamond Metal chips floor polishing pads,

available from #30, #50, #100, to #200, are for quickly remove stock
with durable life. This is a vitally important innovation in diamond tools
industry.
Our high concentration of diamond resin floor polishing pads from

#400, #800, #1500 to #3000 are made from heavy-duty resin with
high quality diamond powder.
Using our set of floor polishing pads you can make the floor glossy

6. CNC Profile Wheels

They are sintered and welded in a mould at same time under

Segmented tools are for aggressive stock removal and

continuous rim for a smoother finish.
Available upon a specific drawing of customer, we can make any

wheel in any diameter requested and with a combination of many
different shapes.
Vacuum Brazed CNC Profile Wheels
They are great for grinding without bouncing or loosing their

shape. They are perfect to be position 2 and 3 in the set of tools.
The set of tools consists of 3 metal bonded diamond wheels

perfectly matched to 3 resin diamond polishing positions. This
makes it possible to obtain the maximum degree of finishing without the need for manual
working.
We strongly incline the set of tools consists of 1 sintered metal bonded profile wheel as
position 1, 2 Vacuum brazed wheels as position 2 and 3, and then matching to 3 resined
polishing wheels as position 4, position 5 and position 6.

7. Finger Bits
They are designed with G1/2" male thread, mounted on a CNC machine,working as
milling cutter for cutting any arc of granite or marble or other stones under the
control of CNC machine, continuous rim with arc slots and water vents throughout of
body. Other styles are available according to the drawings of customer.
Available in both sintered and vacuum brazed. Sintered is more economical and
vacuum Brazed is great with high efficiency without bouncing or loosing their shape.
Designed with edge 3/16" Radius or other shape edge make a finger bit becoming a Pofile Finger Bit, or 2 in 1.
We offer many adapters. Adapter unit screws into a Finger Bit to affect operative compatibility between different
machines.

Our Core Bits are thin wall drilling tool with a hole through the
center that let water feeds into and removes sediment stone
chips and allows the Core pedestal to pass through the Bit and

12. Diamond Polishing Bricks
They are used to replace Silicon Carbide Bricks.
Our Sintered Diamond Bricks, grits from #30/40, #40/50,

#50/60, #70/80, #80/100, #100/120 to #140/200, are
designed to initially shape with high stock removal rate
for the slab fabrication of granite or marble. The rubber
iterlayer make for vibration-proof.
Our high concentration of diamond Resin Bricks from

#300, #400,# 500, #800, #1500 to# 3000 made from
heavy-duty resin with high quality diamond powder are perfect for polishing granite or marble.
Our BUFF Bricks made of special rubber bond and tin dioxide and other materials make high

13. Vacuum Brazed Dishs

14. Drum Grinders
They are used with an up and down motion, excellent for grinding an inside circle,
oval, or arc of granite or marble or other stones. The sintered drums are economic
for longer life. The brazed drums are for fast cutting and could be used by dry. The
resin drums are for polishing, with rubber interlayer they can work at high speed
smoothly.
Available in G1/2", 5/8”-11 female threaded, M14 female threaded, M10 female
threaded, 3/8” Shank, 1/2” Shank on customer's order.

15. Backer Pads
The backer pads are hook Velcro backed, they accept polishing pads with Velcro
loop backed. We have rigid backer pads made from Bakelite, Flexible backer pads
made from rubber, extremely flexible backer pads made from supper quality rubber .
Our extremely flexible backers are great for ogees.
Flexible backer pads are used for grinding profiles or curves surface of stone while
the rigid backer pads are for grinding plane or floor.
All the backer pads are ideally suited for all kinds of machines with Arbor 5/8”-11
threaded or M14 threaded. It is available on request upon a specific drawing of
customer in any diameter and height requested.

Snail Lock Adapter
They are made from Bakelite or Rubber with hook Velcro backed, they accept polishing pads with Velcro loop backed.

They are made from stainless steel.

16. Diamond Hand Pad
Hand-Hold Flat and Profile Polishing Pads
They are foam backed for polishing on the surface of marble,

granite, ceramics, glass and hard composites. Flat pads are for for
polishing plane and the Profile Pads are allowed for easy polishing
the profile shapes or the areas that are hard to polishing by
machines. They are good at edging or seaming polishing.
For the coarser grit pads are electroplated diamond on flexible

cloth and foam-backed, available in the grits# 60, #120, #200 and
#400.
For the finer grits, they are resined diamond on flexible cloth and
foam-backed available in the grit #600, #1800 and #3500.

17. Other Product
Vacuum Brazed Anchor Bits
We offer many kinds of Vacuum Brazed like 3/8", 1/4" or 3/16"

of diamond Anchor Bits. Standard Shank is 3/8". Other shanks
like 1/4" or non Standard Anchor Bits are available on the
request of customer.

JIGSAWS

Operation notes:
（1）Pay attention to the joining and the rotating direction of motor shaft and hole of cutter, defected blades are forbiddened.
（2）Do not cut metal, or the blade will become blunt and the life span will be shortened.
（3）For the cutter is thin, do not put pressure on its sides or carry out curvilinear cutting, avoid tangency between edge of blade and
spare parts when it feeds.
（4） Carborundum abrader, firebrick and grinding wheel are recommended in case blade cann't open
（5）For safety use, blade cover is needed for the cutting machine, the operator should wear safety dressing, glasses and other
protective articles.
（6）Water cooling is needed when use wet cutter, otherwise life span of cutter will be shortened.

180# 240# could polish simply ;320# 500# could polish fine ,to getting the archaized effect. If it is the first time to use the abrasive
brush ,should test in each grit ,to choose from it according to the kinds of stone and need .
HOW TO USE THE ABRASIVE BRUSH RIGHTLY?

Adding water during the grinding . Prevented the high temperature making the filaments changing shape during the
filaments friction in high speed .As the sequence of the number of abrasive brush from thick to thin ,the pressure
working on the grind should from big to small. It’s logical for the skip .
Reducing the middle step excessively will affect the effect of grinding ,other size it will add the cost .Using the steel
brush as possible. The abrasive brush as the first step could reduce the loss for the rough surface to abrasive
filaments, extended the life of the abrasive brush.
WHY ADOPT LOW DENSITY FILAMENTS?

For the abrasive brush we should talk about three density ,it’s the filaments on the abrasive brush (craft density) the
silicon carbide grit in the filaments and nylon density as the silicon carbide (material density).the first and the second
density should have the logical ,and not much higher is much better ;and nylon density should have the basic of top
quality ,lower the density -reducing the unit weight of the filaments, reducing the cost of material.
