Saturday 6th MARCH 2010 at 7p.m.

Award winning performers David Horden (trombone) and Leo Nicholsen


(piano and organ) play a wide variety of music from Handel to
contemporary, with much in between.

David is the son of one of our Local Preachers, Laurie Horden,


and is a senior student at the London College of Music.

Proceeds will go to Paines Mill, which provides support and


accommodation for homeless young people in St. Neots.

of Christ's crucifixion and resurrection to the streets of St. Neots.

HUNTINGDON METHODIST CHURCH


Are holding a Fairtrade Breakfast on Wednesday 3rd March and Friday 5th
March from 8.00 am to 9.30 am each day.

There is no need to book – just come along and enjoy a breakfast using
Fairly-Traded Food (as far as possible) and help guarantee a better deal for
Third World Producers. No charge, donations welcomed.

LIVING OASIS BOOKSHOP

We are pleased to announce that the new Living Oasis bookshop will open on
Monday 1st March. Formerly the Wesley Owen bookshop, the new store will
continue to supply Bibles, Christian books, music, cards and gift. There will be
a special celebratory day on Saturday 6th March with special offers, drinks
and nibbles.

FLOWER FESTIVAL AND ART EXHIBITION
May 1st -3rd 10am -6pm in Alconbury cum Weston Parish Church, Church
Way, Alconbury PE28 4DX

The theme is “Once upon a time……….” We will be using flowers and


artefacts to depict some of the well known stories from Moses in the
bulrushes through to Harry Potter. Local artists will be displaying their
paintings. Children will have their own Treasure Hunt. A jig saw challenge will
take place over the weekend to raise awareness of Jig Saw Kids Ministry in
Manilla. Can you help us to make 100 jigsaws? There will be a variety of stalls
selling locally made items. Profits will go to Alconbury Church Project 21.
