The driver waiting time is maximum one hour after flight landing. In case of delay (due to custom problems/
luggage claim etc) to reach the meeting point within one hour from the flight landing, the client have to advise
the assistant by phone call (39 348-3590089 or + 39 329 2341769 ). Only if advised by phone, the car will wait
extra time. Anyway, any supplement will be charged and paid by the agency or direcly to the paxs themselves to the driver.
In case of lost baggage please inform the driver before starting the lost baggage claim.

Rome airport shuttle door to door service from fco/cia
This service is available every day from and to fiumicino airport and from and to ciampino airport.
The conditions are summarized as follows:
1. For every booking your are requested to transmit all clients details: dates of arrival/departure, times withfull
flight details and the name of the clients hotel.
2. You will give to your client a voucher (without any price stated)
3. The pick-up for the arrival transfer in fiumicino airport will be made:
From 07.00 A.M. To 09.00 P.M.
An assistant with a sign stating the clients name will wait for the clients at the meeting point of Terminal t3
If any problem arises clients can ask for assistance to the desk COTAV, located in the same terminal
3, And show their voucher to our employer
From 09.01 P.M. To 06.59 A.M.
The driver will wait your customer with a sign stating the clients name at the meeting point of terminal t3 in
front of the desk cotav. The driver will wait no more than 30 minutes if the flight has been delayed or if the
client does not arrive at the meeting and the flight is landed.
4. The pick-up for the arrival transfer in ciampino airport will be made:
From 00.00 To 24.00
Directly by the arrival terminal; the driver will wait your customer with a sign stating the clients name at the
arrival terming where the flight has been scheduled. The driver will wait no more than 30 minutes if the flight
has been delayed or if the client does not arrive at the meeting and the flight is landed
5. The pick-up for the return transfer to the airport will be approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes before the
flight departure). The transfer from central hotels to airports usually takes from 40 minutes to 60 minutes.
6. The driver will wait at the reception of the hotel for the return transfer with a 20-minute tolerance maximum.
Therefore the client is kindly requested to be at the hotel reception 5 minutes before the scheduled meeting
and ,being a shuttle service, allow 20 minute tolerance
7. Cancellation requests and amendments as well must be notified at least 24 working hours before the
Service. Cancellations received less than 24 working hours before the departure and no show passenger
Will be totally invoiced.
8. This type of transfer is operated by an 8-seat minibus for more than 4 persons booked at the same time.
9. This is not a private service; the shuttle might stop for 1 or more pick up/ drop off during the journey
Time to pick up / drop off other clients booked at the same time
This service is assured :
From hotel to fiumicino and ciampino airports : 24 hours per day
From fiumicino and ciampino airports to hotel : 24 hours per day
note: we cannot offer the shuttle from and to ciampino or fiumicino for some hotels due their location. (We
can put at your disposal the list of the hotels)

Important notes for Transfers

For transfers on arrival from the airport or railway station driver will wait one hour from time arrival.
No reimbursement will be given if passengers present themselves later than one hour to arrival time.
In case of lost baggage client is obliged to inform driver before effecting lost baggage claim forms.
We request that our office be contacted in case of flight changes at least 12 hours prior to reservation of service
(in our working hours).

Carrani Working Policy

In order to avoid problems with your fit eservations, we

would like to remind you our policy regarding bookings
and cancellations:

confirmation it would means that for us the booking is still

operative . So if our provider charges us no show penalites, we will charge you the same penalties.

Complaints have to be received by mail or fax within 60

days from date of the last service provided by Carrani, so
we could reply in the most accurate way.

We inform all clients that rates do not includes the city tax
in Florence, Rome, Venice. This tax will be paid directly
form clients at the reception hotel desk at the arrival or
at the check out according to the local city board procedure. We remind you that tax will change according
to hotel category. Please kindly inform travellers before
departure.

Pls take note that, every time you send us an e-mail/fax

requesting our services, we will always reply in writting. If
you request a particular htl that it is not available, we will
confirm a similar option (to the requested one).

All services must be paid before the pax arrival (at least
7 days before, maximum 15 days, depending on the
service)

In case of cancellation, we will send an e-mail/fax as

confirmation of the cancellation. If you do not receive this
