creating Individual Learning
Plans based on Caliper Profile
Assessment (a leadership
potential assessment) which
helps to list out and work on
individual's developmental

aligning it with the ILP
developed.

Mentoring
Senior Industry Leaders
mentor each student individually
in a well laid out foundation of a
Mentorship Program at the
school. Every mentor

realize it through the Individual
Learning Plan developed for

spend one day every week. They

building business plans for
income generation activity,
developing case studies as
marketing collateral etc. which
helps them apply management
concepts on real time problems
and at the same time participate
in social change.

Business Leadership Program
Provides the perspectives and insights to take on the
complex challenges of an interconnected business
environment.
Eligibility: Professionals with a minimum of 2 years
working experience

HR Leadership Program
Provides perspectives and insights to deal with
contemporary human capital challenges and issues that
shape modern organizations.
Eligibility: Fresh graduates and working professionals

Marketing Leadership Program


Enables young professionals to understand the dynamics
of the socio-economic environment and integrate various
marketing concepts of value creation with such
environment.
