Development

Teachers are agent of change, who play a vital role to dissiminate curriculum to students in
school. Teachers are potential in changing students attitudes and status of the curriculum.
Teachers act as connector between theory and practice in education. Teachers educate
based on the curricullum embroidered with the beliefs, values and attitudes adopted. The
beliefs, values and attitudes held by teachers will explain educational environments and
how teachers make sense and adapting the curriculum in schools to students at the school.
Teachers thinking level will determine and play a constructive role in teacher education and
students in the future.
