1. General Duties:
I.
Attend senior management/Leadership teams meetings, Negotiate and influence
strategic decisions, Plan and manage change in accordance with the school
development/strategic plan.

Events organizer, such as, Model of United Nations, Students Graduation
Ceremony, Annual Sports, Annual Drama function and Swimming Camp etc etc.

requirements.
3. Administration Management:

Manage the whole school administrative function and lead all admin staff.

Overlook the purchasing process every day by approving through software
application. Responsible for the best use of electrical, electronically equipment, I.T
equipment, sport items, science lab equipment and library materials.
III.
Responsible for the renovation/repair and maintenance during summer vacations.
IV.
Responsible to negotiate and purchase the software and online application such as,
Manage bac, Turnitin and Paper cut.

4. Human Resource Management:


I.
Manage the payroll services for all school staff including the management of
pension schemes with EOBI on monthly basis with their web portal of customer
facilitation center.
II.
Responsible to facilitate the staff for the services of medical, life and disability
insurance. Also responsible to look after the claims.
III.
Ensure the schools equality policy is clearly communicated to all staff in school,
Ensure that all recruitment, appraisal, staff development, grievance, disciplinary
and redundancy policies and procedures comply with legal and regulatory
requirement.
IV.
Monitor the way policies and procedures are actioned and provide support where
necessary.
