Selfcare logging in steps (Business, Personal on Mobile & Landline)

4. After logging in the diagram below will appear to welcome you to


selfcare service.

Zamtel Selfcare is an online service that enable customers to access services


via the web. It provides Customers with an alternative channel to access
services especially for those that use devices that do not have USSD, SMS or
Voice features like Ipads.

Follow the following steps to access the selfcare portal


1. It is important to note that you need to have internet connection for
you to access the selfcare portal.
2. Open any browser and on the address bar type
www.selfcare.zamtel.co.zm
3. The diagram below will open

And security code here

5. After clinking okay button it will clear up like the picture below. Note
that this diagram will open on either PSTN, mobile, business or
postpaid number.

After clicking the next button from the step 7, a code will be sent to
you mobile number or email address if it is a business account as
shown in the diagram below

Click on the sign up button

7. The window below will open then, select either individual or business
account details then follow the instructions. Then click next.

9. Enter you new password at this step as you are one step away from
completion and click home.

Enter your new password and confirm it.


And click on home

business account number and tick the
option there after and click next.

11. When the widow opens click on get code and it will be sent to your
phone or email. Then a new password can be created.

13. Inside the Selfcare portal . the window below will open after logging so
that an individaul/ organasation can find self help.

14. Click on account detaisl to check your accout details .

15. Click on activation of services to activty fetures on your acount.

16. Click on account Top up to top up your acount .

click on Change of Tariff Plan to change you Tariff or buy a bundle.

18. click on PUK to check your PUK

20. Click on Report Your Complaint to report any queries to Zamtel.

21. Click on check the status of your complaint


19. Click on My Bill to check your bills if you have a business account

22. Click on FAQs to check on the frequently asked question


And one can check on Zamtel outlets and Zamtel Products.
