BEYOND HARASSMENT

This draft is written regarding my interpretation of moral values within Australia, in 2010.

• Human rights, common laws & other laws of legal governments are sufficient for anyone
to abide by, such that no harm needs to be committed illegally, nor does a victim have
to explain these laws to criminals.
• Report on crimes to the Australian Federal Police etc eg. via the Crime Stoppers
number 1800 333 000.

• No one can lay blame of their crimes on any person/s. If you want to blame another for
your crimes, you must tell a Police Officer, or a suitable organisation to assist you not to
be illegal.
• Read the front section of the white pages, which is a good resource to find assistance
from Government registered organisations with your life. Utilise government
organisations to deal with your grievances, rather than maim, rape and/or murder.
Government groups such as the Police, the anti-terrorism call centers, Police anti-illegal
drug squads, youth groups, church groups, rape crisis call/call lines, Community health
professionals, Doctors, call such as life line, Centrelink, etc can provide you with the
appropriate advice and psychological support etc to deal with your grievances etc.

The ‘Guidelines’ (listing laws etc against harm) document is to be read in conjunction with
the following documents on this same Scribd/Beyondharassment web page;
• ‘BeyondHarassment
• ‘WebPages_Similar’
• ‘Thoughts’.

GUIDELINES/MORAL CODES/LAWS:

• Those who do not know what action is illegal/legal, should call the Police and ask them
what is illegal/legal.
• Think before you act.
• I consider;
• If anything is taken from a person (eg.their health, their privacy as legal good
person), they then have been raped, whether the person has died because of what
has been taken from them, or not.
• If a person is dead because of what was taken from them, (eg. their health, their
safety) then they have been murdered.
• If a person (illegally) chose to commit suicide because of what was taken from them,
then that person was murdered.
• If a person’s life was recorded illegally, against their wishes and without their
consent, and those recording the person’s life caused harm to that person being
illegally recorded, then that person, and anyone associated with that person who
also were recorded illegally, were raped.
• If a person/s is so maimed and raped etc especially repeatedly, in context with
everything stated at these webpages and other’s relevant webpages, then I consider
the illegal actions terrorism.

1
• Words available to describe maiming, rape and murder, eg theft, assault,
manslaughter etc are used, however I think, considering the 3.5 decades worth of
pain and suffering etc caused to my family, friends and I that maim/rape/murder is
suitable as a description, as is heinousness and terrorism.
• No human has to beg for their life. No human has to request that illegal druggies,
heinous and/or terrorists to get out of their life. As per the United Conventions
discussions of their laws, guidelines, treaties and conventions, a person has the right to
to live without being maimed, raped nor murdered.
• No person can be illegally audioed/visualled to ‘try’/’test’ them against the heinous’
‘value’ ‘system’, their value system and/or any government’s laws.
• A person and/or persons have a right to privacy, to be safe, to be unharmed, and to be
fully informed such that they can make a decision prior to any action regarding
themselves, and to be a good person.
• Any person has the right to free speech, education, religion, music, art etc providing no
one is harmed and no illegal action/s occur.
• No one can place something into nor onto a person’s body nor their possessions
without the informed unforced given consent of that person. The two exceptions are; if
the person is a child, in which case the parent/s and/or approved family member and/or
approved guardian/foster carer can provide care for that child; and the second
exception is when a person is of such ill health they can not make a decision for
themselves, in which case an government approved medical care team and the ill
person’s government approved guardian make the medical and care decisions on
behalf of that ill person.
• No one allows any person into their lives knowing in advance that that person, or those
people, will cause harm.
• No one communicates only via illegal audio equipment.
• Each person knows who their relatives/family and friends are as they either know them
by having met them in person, or because a relative or family friend told them about the
relative and/or the friend.
• Those who are not invited by a person into their lives in person or in writing, are not
wanted in the person’s private life, because they are a stranger.
• Prescription medication can only be obtained by meeting with a registered government
approved Doctor/General Practioner who will decide what is best for that person, and
according to the manufacturer’s written instructions.
• No one can use someone else’s Doctor prescribed medication.
• No one can poison a human.
• Frequency related equipment can only be used as per manufacturer’s written
instructions, and with written approval of use by the person on which the frequency
related equipment is to be used.
• No person can be radiated nor lasered without the written consent of the person to be
radiated and/or lasered. Person can be harmed by radiation nor laser equipment.
• All products are to be utilised and stored and disposed of as per manufacturer’s written
instructions.
• You may not like something or someone, but that does not give you the right to act on
your dislike and be aggressive nor violent.
• No illegal person can force themselves into a person’s life.
• No person or persons can force another person or persons to participate in something
illegal.
2
• No one can use another’s body as a sacrifice, ie. No one can maim, rape nor murder a
person to ‘save’ themselves.
• No one can hold someone against their will.
• No one can steal.
• No one can borrow something without permission from the owner of that thing.
• ‘Borrowing’ something whilst trespassing, marring the thing ‘borrowed’, and returning a
‘borrowed’ marred thing whilst trespassing is illegal as the thing was stolen, marred and
trespassing occurred ie. Permission was not given to borrow nor mar nor return,
therefore theft and vandalism and trespassing occurred and these acts are illegal.
• No one can go into, nor onto another person’s property, without the owner of the
properties permission and/or without the Tenant’s permission. The permission must be
given in person and/or in writing prior to entering someone else’s property. When
permission is not granted, going on and/or into another’s property is trespassing.
• No one can trespass. (A roof space and roof is considered to be part of a property, as
does a cellar).
• If there is no sign placed up by the owners and/or tenants of any property, that states
that there is to be no;
• trespassing, one cannot trespass.
• trespassing after hours, and it is a business property, eg a shopping centre or
Doctor’s clinic, one cannot trespass.
• illegal audio and/or visual, then you cannot illegally audio nor illegally visual.
• No one can rape, maim, nor murder another human.
• No one can suicide nor force another human to suicide.
• No one can illegally perve/visual and/or illegally listen/audio another being/s without that
person’s permission given in person or in writing.
• No one can illegally squirt something nor someone, to cause harm, maiming nor death.
• No one can bet on a person or persons being raped, maimed, murdered nor illegally
audioed/visualed.
• Those person or person’s who continue to rape, maim and/or murder are heinous, and
are to be reported to the Police immediately.
• Those person or person’s who illegally visual and illegally listen via illegally used
electronic communications equipment to cause harm, maiming or murder or suicide, are
heinous, and are to be reported to the Police immediately.
• A person is free to choose what they want to learn, providing that they are not doing
something illegal, and proving they are education them selves via a legal manner.
• Anything and anyone can be rated and prioritised contextually. For example; Hospitals
treat ill people according to who is most at risk of further harm first. Police and the court
systems also prioritise by investigating those who cause the worse harm. Due to the
lack of space at prisons, the Government’s Prison system incarcerates those who cause
the worse crime.
• Accept that the world can and does exist with differences peacefully.

EDUCATION:

Good education enables skills with which to better/improve one-self.

Good education leads to being better able to;
• Deal with life in a logical informed and legal way.
• Communicate in such a way that would benefit yourself and your loved ones.
• Communication to be eligible for occupations/jobs that interest you, which also earn
more money.
• Achieve a better quality of life compared with that life you would have had if you had
not educated your self.
• There is always a legal way to communicate one’s feelings such that a problem is
solved without harming, especially when utilising the resources provided by your
government.
• When learning about another culture, and the language is foreign/unknown to that
person wishing to learn about the foreign culture, one will better learn about that culture
if they utilise a dictionary, ideally a printed book, or as listed on the Internet.
Dictionaries list some of the words of a people’s language and defines the word.
Dictionaries can be purchased that list two languages such that a person can refer to
their own language word choice which the dictionary will show what that word similarly
means in another language. Dictionaries can also list the grammar, punctuation,
cadence and contextual usage of words.
• Learning of other’s music, radio spoken articles, art, sports, fashion, architecture,
science, philosophy, religion, horticulture, technology, printed
material/books/magazines/newspapers/internet articles, culinary tastes, transport,
environmental priorities etc, provides an insight into other’s cultures and values,
providing a method of learning. One cannot agree with everything heard, seen and
read, but one can still learn, and perhaps choose the better parts of something to
improve one’s quality of life, harmlessly.
• Communicate with yourself first, prior to making assumptions and prior to intending to
do an illegal act, as you will be culpable for that illegal act, as there always is a non-
illegal method.
• Just because a person’s name reminds one of some person with the same or similar
name, does not mean that person was the person that caused that wrong.
• If a person’s name is registered as a certain name, their name does not give any
person/s a right nor an excuse to maim, rape nor murder that person.
• Just because a person or persons work for a particular organization, does not give
anyone a reason to harm that person or persons.
