PREFACE

MBA is a Stepping- Stone to the management career and to develop good managers, it is necessary
that the theoretical knowledge must be supplemented with the exposure to the real environment.
Theoretical knowledge just provides the base and its not sufficient to produce a good manager thats
why the practical knowledge is needed.
Therefore the summer training project is an essential requirement for the student of MBA. This
dissertation project not only helps the students to utilize her skill properly and learn field realities but
also provide a chance to the organization to find out talent among the bidding managers in the very
beginning.
