This information file.

SAP_PRJ3.GDF

The definition file that defines the format of the data file.

SAP_PRC3.GSP

A view file for network printouts that refers to SAP_PRJ3.GDF

SAP_BAR3.GSP

A view file for gantt printouts that refers to SAP_PRJ3.GDF.

As some of the data fields of the example are initial, severa

l times
the warning
'Date for activity no. x, layer y not valid'
should be displayed.
SAP_TRE3.GSP

A view file for hierarchy printouts that refers to SAP_PRJ3.G

R3_30_PR.GRF

A demo file that was created by SAP via the PS infosystem

DF.

All these files should be copied into the working directory of GRANEDA (usually
GRANEDA\STANDARD or GR62WIN\STANDARD).
This inteface can be used by GRANEDA Professional 6.2 (DOS-version and Windows-v
ersion)
and maybe for higher Versions.
Further Interfaces for other versions are delivered by Netronic together with GR
ANEDA.

You can create your own data files via the PS information system the following w
ay:
Call from the root menue:
Logistics -> Project management -> Information system
You get into the Project Information system menue. Here you call:
Struct/Dates -> Structure overview
Select the correct dates.
In the object list call:
List -> Export -> GRANEDA(R)
Now you can enter the name of the data file you want to create.

SAP_PRJ3.MPV

A view file for MS-Project 3.x that is equivalent to ANSICHT.

MPV
(sorry, only in German) but contains additional table definit
ions.
These table definitions contain only fields that are exported
by SAP.
Furthermore a view with a Gantt chart is defined where the la
yers
refer to SAP date fields.
SAP_PRJ4.MPT

A template file for MS-Project 4.0 (equivalent to SAP_PRJ3.MP

V)
The SAP specific views and table should be integrated into th
e
file GLOBAL.MPT (look therefore into the online help of MS-Pr
oject,
to be available in any project.
L_500.MPX

A demo data file in MPX format, that was created by SAP via t

he
PS information system.
As in the SAP PS system multiple relations between two activi
ties are
allowed, during during import into MS Project several times t
he
error message
'Dubble relations are not allowed.'
should be displayed.
As SAP creates for internal purposes a dummy resource, the me
ssage
'Resource is assigned outside the date range of task x.'
should be displayed.
These files should normally be copied into the working directory of MS-Project
(normally WINPROJ)

WDPSASTR.EXE / not supported anymore for MS Access97
This is an RFC server program that is called by SAP R/3 (PS modu
le).
This program creates a MS Access database. The structure informa
tion
of the tables is transferred from R/3. In addition to these tabl
es
a table named DDIC is created. This table contains the structure
information and should in no case be modified or deleted.
WDPSAST2.EXE / WDPSAS97.EXE
This program performs the same operations as WDPSASTR.EXE. Use t
his
program instead of WDPSASTR.EXE if you want to create fields of
data
type TEXT in the MS Access data base rather than DATA/TIME for t
he
fields of format DATS in SAP R/3.
WDPSATAB.EXE / WDPSAT97.EXE
This is an RFC server program that is called by SAP R/3 after WD
PSASTR.
This program filles the tables of the database with data.
There must not be made any changes of the structure of the table
s
between the calls of WDPSASTR and WDPSATAB.
WDPSAZET.EXE / WDPSAZ97.EXE
This is an RFC client program that triggers work/time confirmati
ons in
the PS module of SAP R/3 (like transaction CN27 Collectiv confir
m).
WDPSAMAT.EXE / WDPSAM97.EXE
This is an RFC client program that triggers material confirmatio
ns in
the PS module of SAP R/3 (like transaction MB11 - Goods Withdraw
al).
All of these programs need the RFC DLLs
and the SAP OCX components.
The programs work with MS Access files of version 7.0.
The programs with extended name ...97 work with MS Access97 files.

Da bei SAP Mehrfachanordnungsbeziehungen zwischen je zwei
Vorgngen erlaubt sind, sollte beim Laden dieser Datei
zweimal die Meldung
'Doppelte Vorgngerzuordnung nicht erlaubt.'

Da SAP fr interne Zwecke eine Dummy-Ressource anlegt,
sollte einmal die Meldung
'Recource ist auerhalb der Termine von Vorgang 3 zugeordnet.

WDPSASTR.EXE / nicht mehr untersttzt fr MS-Access97
Dies ist ein RFC-Server Programm, welches von R/3
aufgerufen wird (PS-Modul). Dieses Programm legt eine
MS-Access Datenbank an, welche vom R/3 aus mit

Strukturinformationen versorgt wird. Es werden die

Tabellen angelegt sowie eine seperate Tabelle namens
DDIC. Diese enthlt die Strukturinformationen und darf
auf keinen Fall gelscht oder modifiziert werden.
WDPSAST2.EXE / WDPSAS97.EXE
Dieses Programm fhrt die gleichen Funktionen aus wie WDPSASTR.EXE
.
Im Unterschied zu WDPSASTR.EXE erzeugt WDPSAST2.EXE fr
Felder des R/3-Datentyps DATS in der MS-Access-Datenbank Felder
des Typs TEXT anstatt Felder des Typs Datum/Zeit.
WDPSATAB.EXE / WDPSAT97.EXE
Dies ist ein RFC-Server Programm, welches von R/3 im
anschlu an WDPSASTR aufgerufen wird um die Tabellen
mit Daten zu fllen. Dieses Programm verlt sich
darauf, da es zwischen dem lauf von WDPSASTR.EXE
und WDPSATAB.EXE keine Struktur nderungen gegeben
WDPSAZET.EXE / WDPSAZ97.EXE
Dies ist ein RFC-Client Programm, welches Zeitrckmeldungen an das PS Modul ermglicht.
WDPSAMAT.EXE / WDPSAM97.EXE
Dies ist ein RFC-Client Programm, welches Materialrckmeldungen an das R/3 System (Transaktion MB11 Warenausgang ) ermglicht.
Alle Programme bentigen die RFC-DLLs
und die SAP OCX-Komponenten.
