Twelve-Twelve Polo and Turf Club is a facility for Polo, Horseracing, Horse Riding,
and other equestrian activities. The club is also designed to support diverse
recreational activities. 12-12 Polo and Turf Club derive its name from the day and
month Abuja was inaugurated as the Federal Territory; 12 th of December, 1991.
Incidentally, it was commissioned on a unique date that depicts the clubs power,
class and grandeur; the 12th of December, 2012 (12-12-12).
Spanning about 180 hectares directly under Gwarimpa Hill in Abuja, 12-12 polo and
turf club is expansively sited at a breathtaking natural beauty Abuja has to offer. It
is located at No. 1539 Ahmadu Bello Way Gwarinpa, Abuja, Nigeria.

Polo Field
Our Standard ever-green, natural Polo field measures 280 meters by 160 meters
and it is helmed by our Horseracing track.

Stables
The stables at 12-12 Polo and Turf are of world standard with detailed attention to
the health and comfort .
Pony Exercise Track
An Exercise track was also specially designed to keep the horses in good shape.
Paddocks
Paddocks are available for Horse grazing
Seating Area
The Polo Fields Seating area comfortably accommodates over 2,500 spectators

Parking Lot
Our over 300 cars capacity parking lot, compliments the clubs capacity
BELVEDERE

The structures stands at the center of the facility and is beautifully hangs over the
parking lot. It provides excellent view of the entire at 12-12 Polo and Turf club and
the magnificent Gwarinpa Hill. The Belvedere serves as relaxation point with a
garden of different plants and trees providing refreshing shade and copious supply
of natural breeze.
A GAZEBO is structured in the belvedere which provides variety for outdoor events
and our Barbeque/Grilling station is state of the art.

Club House
The Club House is a Three storey that houses the following:

Terrace: It provides an unobstructed view of the Polo Field and the entire city
of Abuja.
Restaurant: Serves wide range of local and International cuisines.
Bar: Wide variety of exotic drinks are served at the bar.
VIP Lounge: The trophy gallery serves as the VIP lounge where elitist guests
can unwind in the beauty and exclusivity of our facility.

Topography

The Gwarimpa Hill provides opportunity for recreational activities such as climbing
and ornithology because of the numerous bird species inhabiting the area. The
natural ambiance provides an ideal environment for our proposed world class resort.
