I would choose the carnations because they are my mothers favourite flower. Besides
that, they come in white, which is my mother favourite colour. The price is RM1.00 only per
stalk. It may cost me RM 10.00 only if I choose to buy ten stalks. Furthermore I will get
additional two stalks as a gift. This means that I will be able to give my mother more flowers.
Another good reason for buying them is that they can last longer than to ten days. I am sure
my mother will love it. I hope I have made the right choice.

SECTION C : Question 3
Rebecca is twelve years old. She studies at Sekolah Kebangsaan Murni. She is an active girl.
One day, Rebeccas school held its Sports Days. Before the day, the four sport teams hung the
field with small flags. Meanwhile, their individual tents decorated with balloons and bunting.
On Sports Day, there were many exciting sports events. Rebecca took part in relay race. She
and her team was champion last year. Before her event, the younger pupils took place. It was
exciting events. Those were balancing a bean bag on the head and running with a spoon and
an egg.
During the sports, every pupil received a pack of food and a bottle of water. The noncompetitors sat under their tents. They gathered according to their sports teams to watch the
events. They clapped and cheered to support their friends who were competing.
When all the events were over, the headmaster presented the prizes to the winners. Rebecca
and her team won the second prize in the relay race. Everyone was tired but they were happy.
